Holiday rentals with a patio in Ingenio

Anita greeted us and her daughter who spoke good English gave us good instructions and recommendations. Also let us store our luggage there a bit longer as we had a later flight . The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, really enjoyed the balcony . A short walk to bus stop, recommend a visit to mogan and maspolomas

The place seemed ideal for a few nights. The stay is small but both the room and the toilet are very spacious and spacious. It was very clean everything. Magdalena made it very easy for us to arrive with directions and recommendations. We would definitely recommend the stay.

That was a nice stay. We liked the location: quite close to the Puerto-Rico beach (however we always walked to Amadores anyway :)) , easy to access from bus station and quite close to Mogán mall as well. Apartments are well-equipped, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. Lidia is great host, always answer quickly and help with everything. Thank you again!

My daughter and I had an absolutely great time here, so very peaceful! Once you get down the hill or steps there are buses to everywhere and the most beautiful beaches in walking distance. The apartment is homely, comfortable and the views from the balcony are magnificent. Thank you 💐

The welcome at the property was very friendly, communication before and during the visit went very well too! The apartment was clean and just the right size for us. 2 adults and 1 child fit well in the apartment and there was enough closet space. The sun shines from morning to late afternoon right on the balcony with stunning views. The pool area is peaceful, with free sun loungers and umbrellas always available. I think the apartment also has a very good location if you have a car available. There were plenty of parking spaces near the apartment. Checkout was also flexible, and that was also a big plus. Small minus the pillows that had crashed.

Apartment is located in a quiet holiday district. In close proximity to the main beach, shopping and restaurants. Everything was very clean and Jesus the manager on site was always available as a point of contact and helpful. I would book this apartment again.

The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet residential complex. The apartment is modern and very well maintained,it has a spacious private balcony with great views of the sea, mountains and picturesque Puerto Rico. Check in was very easy, Janka welcomed us and showed us around the apartment which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, it has good sized modern bathroom with a great shower and nice decor throughout. we will be back in the future. What a lovely place to stay. A nice small community of houses with a swimming pool. Remote but an easy walk to the beach and the bus stop. We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

The property was clean and had everything you needed. Quiet place and good starting point for getting into nature. Daniel and Gloria are very thoughtful and lovely hosts. It's been great to stay with you at the property. I can only recommend it!

David is a very kind host and we felt at home from the very first minute. The appartment has everything you need. We were there for cycling and cooked at the house several times. A supermarket is in walking distance and all the essentials for cooking are there. To check in, David met us in person, gave a tour of the appartment and showed us around. He went the extra mile and even picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived and helped us with recommendations for local bars and food and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. I can't wait to come back and book this appartment again.

This is a classic Spanish bungalow. It is located close to the Yumbo and restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store very close by, which is very convenient. The airport bus stops right outside. The bungalow has a large, beautiful private garden. There is also a barbecue, which we used several times. There was no noise or problems. We stayed in the bungalow for 32 days, and had a very nice time there. Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles is a gem on Gran Canaria. So much fun to do. The bed was a bit hard though. Some people like it, others don't.

Ruben's place was great - so relaxing. It was an amazing location with many walks straight from the front door. We loved the bar just down the road - friendly service and local menu. Rubén was very responsive and helpful when we needed help (which wasn't much :) We appreciated the fruit, water and the bottle of wine - it made us feel very welcome.

We were welcomed very good and the hosts were super nice! There is quite resourceful store right cross the street, and the place is actually better looking than the photos. We actually got sick on the trip but thankfully the host helped us a lot and we got everything we needed to get better. There was a contruction nearby so thats why we needed to leave early bc we needed to work, but the hosts were very understanding and flexible with everything.

Best, well equipped air b&b I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need is in the apartment. Loved the private, outdoor space. Definitely recommend and hope to be back someday!

The place is very comfortably equipped: especially the electrically adjustable chairs are amazing! Likewise, everything is very lovingly and stylishly furnished! In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from the living area! Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance! Zen is a very great host! :) Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We were warmly welcomed by Alex and Alexsandra to a spotlessly clean apartment that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower and more than enough hot water for two of us to get ready in the evening. There is a small kitchen with everything we needed to make light meals during our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The main area has a nice sofa that I was able to take naps on during the day, there is stable high speed wifi and a large smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and we both had undisturbed sleep each night. The apartment is in a great location right accross the road from the Yumbo, but even though it is so close, we didn't hear any of the noise that we were expecting. Alex is so kind and really wants to make everything even more perfect than it already is, a great host who makes you feel like an old friend. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location with a super host. We will definitely return.

I've been to Eugenio's apartment before. The bathroom has been renovated and in the living room there are two new tables. Just under 10 minutes to the beach. The bus station around the corner. A small supermarket is opposite. Only 5 minutes to Kasbah. Overall a quiet and well-maintained facility.

Gite that corresponds in every way to the description. Functional, quiet and with exceptional sea views. Something to recharge your batteries! We highly recommend it. However, it's best to have a vehicle.

This was our first holiday abroad with our 9 month old daughter. We wanted to have our own accommodation rather than a large all inclusive hotel due to our daughter’s health condition. We found this apartment and it really is beautiful. It’s in a lovely area, nice and quiet but still plenty around. We hired a car which we used a lot to get to the other areas near by (but not walkable) Our only grumble, was that although there are lifts at the accommodation, the last part is up some steep steps and trying to get up these steps with a baby and buggy wasn’t ideal. However, this didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday and we just adapted. The area is on a very steep road so walking up it does take some doing! We were extremely happy with our stay and Yurga supplied lots of items to make the stay as best it can be (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, towels etc) We highly recommend to anyone else but just bear in mind the steep hills and steps up to the apartment.

The flat is even better than the pictures and really clean. I found the check in a bit complicated to understand ,but they send you a video and then everything makes sense. I would love to stay there again!! We love it
