Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Indio

We stayed here for weekend 1 of Coachella. I came with my teenager and her friend, check in was a breeze, and the kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river when we weren’t at the festival. There was a shuttle that was easy to access, right on the property and the service was great. The apartment was even nicer than I expected, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great stay, if I had another event in the area I would happily stay here again!

This property was a perfect base for our outdoor adventures. The location offered easy access to excellent hiking trails and running paths, plus multiple pools to cool off after a day of activities. It’s in a peaceful community with friendly neighbours. Would recommend for those seeking a quiet location with great access to outdoor activities.

The place was perfect for what we needed. It was super comfortable - accommodations were exactly as described. My son even asked if we could stay one additional day to relax. We even placed a few records on the record player. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay - we will definitely be back.

Host was very friendly and very helpful with instructions and showing us everything. He even gave us the option of picking 1 of 2 different rooms too. The rooms were very nice and clean, and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again

A great Airbnb! Everything was perfect but what really stood out was the location. Super close to some great restaurants (can walk there) and it was nice and quiet. For a light sleeper like me it was so nice to not have cars going by or people outside. Inside was exactly as shown and described. Sofa bed wasn’t lumpy or springy. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive.

I enjoyed the stay here. The grounds were nicely decorated and felt safe. The home was cute and spacious, which is hard to find with Airbnbs. It was nice to have a back yard to sit out in the sunshine. However the dogs next door barked A LOT, day and night. Couldn’t hear them inside the home luckily. The surrounding area of Desert Hot Springs was not quite what I expected. Lots of trash and broken glass in the many open lots. And not many good restaurants. There is a Mexican bakery there though that is divine! Overall I liked the home and Chez was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Mark’s place is in a beautiful little community nestled in the mountain. There were pristine pools all over the community, a restaurant and guard gate so it felt safe. We would absolutely go back again. Thank you!

Michael was a great host. We had a grad school reunion after 4 years and the place was amazing for all of us to relax and catch up. The place is spacious and gives an amazing opportunity to catch up with friends and family. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great location! Such a cute house that represents the ultimate Palm Springs vacation getaway. Beautifully decorated home with great amenities. Pool and spa were a hit for stay. Local restaurants were amazing, and El Paseo Drive is so close with all the best shopping you can imagine. Beautiful scenery with mountains and palm trees all around. Definitely would recommend this property and my family wants to make plans to visit again in the future.

This home is a perfect place for a girls getaway or a family vacation! It's very clean, comfortable and the backyard is beautiful! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! We did quite a bit of cooking. Palm Springs is just a beautiful, artsy, interesting historic place!

Sam, the host was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely time. We were escaping the smoke and fires in LA and sam was very understanding and helpful. We have two kids and they loved the pool. Super close to downtown PS. We did a day in Joshua Tree, which was very easy to get to. Overall, it was a great space and the host was great. Would recommend.

Listing was great! This was a perfect home base for our weekend golf trip. Close to a lot of the nearby golf courses. House and beds were very clean - would recommend!

Overall, the place was as described, beautiful, clean, amazing hot tub, and private. If you are planning on using the grill, make sure that there is propane in the tank prior to heading out ( I assumed it would be provided). Great location, nearby stores and restaurants, with great view of the mountains. I recommend this place!

We have been staying in JT annually for years now & this place is by far our favorite! We loved everything about the house & the location. The house is spotless! The beds are super comfortable. And the kitchen is nice & roomy. We had fun playing bocce ball, relaxing in the spa and the best part: sitting in the den playing records! We went to The Station & two guys were selling used records so we bought some to add to our collection, of course playing them in the den first! Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying there again!

We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in the door. The mid century decor was adorable. Beds and linens were comfy. Lots of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies were there. When we opened the cutlery drawer we were tickled "gold". The views from this second floor unit were of the mountains and palms. Citrus trees were in the Villa. The heated pools were a good temperature, just right. You are a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown. Justin let us know about road blockages near us for NYE and for the Film Festival which was much appreciated. Our time flew by and we wanted to stay but work was calling to us to return.

Roshi’s 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4 traveling to Palm Springs for 4 days. She’s very easy to communicate with and so helpful. Our flight arrived earlier than standard check in time but she was allowed us to check in which was great after a long flight. The condo is on the 2nd floor and upon entering the unit, found it to exactly as the photos - clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and beautiful! Driving around in Palm Springs is easy as everything is close. After a long day of sight seeing and shopping, so nice to come back to a spacious place instead of a cramped hotel room! If we go go back to Palm Springs, would love to stay at Roshi’s place again! Thank you, Roshi, for a wonderful stay!!

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

Had a great stay! As good of a location as you can get in La Quinta. Walking distance to Old Town and the restaurants which takes the hassle out of Ubering if having a drink. Place also has way more TV channels than I've ever seen when renting a place!

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

We loved our stay at Tim's place - the condo community is surprisingly quiet, making pool and sleep time a wonderfully relaxing experience. The condo is well-stocked, easy to find, and centrally located to all the fabulous Palm Springs activities!

Steve’s property is excellent value for money. It’s beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and ideally located. Amenities are great and easily accessible.
