I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was great, with easy access to everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great clean place. Awesome location. Very spacious. Had a car rental and even though parking doesn’t come with the Airbnb, it was convenient to have paid parking nearby by. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Chicago.

Clemente's place was perfect for our weekend in the city. It was clean and spacious and a great location. Lots of bars, restaurants, and public transportation close by.

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

tim is a great host. clear instructions, responsive, friendly. I love this location. within walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops, ND, spots by the river to lay a blanket down and enjoy the weather. close to Lake Michigan beaches. I love the private parking. clean place, has all the amenities you love from home. it's my go to anytime I'm in SB.

The apartment was spacious and convenient, just as described.

Mikael's place was amazing. Unlike most places listed around Hydde Park in Chicago, Mikael's place had from great reviews and they were totally right. The place is very well kept, spacious, practical, with very calm surroundings. I had great sleep and having breakfast while looking at the garden was a big plus for me too. I had no issues regarding privacy or noise which is something commonly brought up in listings in this sector, especially in old buildings. Mikael was also very responsive and kind. If I ever go back to Chicago I would definitely consider staying here again.

Ian’s place is our go to spot when we are in the city for years now. Great host and great condo. It is 3rd floor so be prepared for some stairs, and street parking. We have never had to park more than a block or 2 away and that really rare. Usually, we have very good luck with parking. Easy check in and out, great experience.

We really enjoyed staying at Evan’s. Our daughter and her family stayed in Evan’s other unit across the hall, and it was perfect for all of us. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We found it very very quiet and weren’t disturbed in any way by its proximity to downtown. We walked each morning, and evening and a bit in between. We enjoyed Fluid (thank you for the complimentary gift card) and made a trip back for another cup. There are several options for eating out. April was the perfect weather for us to hike each day. If we come back through Valparaiso we’d absolutely stay again.

Great stay

Very cozy spot! We will definitely consider staying here again. We loved seeing the barn kitty. Cafe Navarre was also such a great dinner spot. The studio wasn’t too far from downtown which was nice.

Lovely hosts, clean apartment, good location. She also had pretty quick communication when we couldn’t get into the door at first.

Nathan and Jake were awesome, place was as described and walkable distance to local attractions. Parking garage was provided which made it easy for car rental and alike— only caveat is that parking garage has height restrictions so larger SUVs would not be recommended and is packed during weekends / peak times and would need to be considered.

Really comfortable sweet accommodations... great for friends wanting to gather for get away per space and ... also privacy per down time when desired. love the porches sitting area, and the out deck even though not utilized. this would be great relaxing place if you want to not be busy...

Was an absolutely relaxing stay. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. An extended weekend away with a bunch of things around us to do. It had a little bit of everything around us, including privacy. It was fantastic.

STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at condo #165. It is a beautiful place, well stocked, and very clean!!
