Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Indian River Shores

Our stay was phenomenal! Sherman & Marlene were very friendly & helpful. The apartment that we rented from them was terrific. It was spotless & full of everything we needed. The location on Melborne Beach was just like “Paradise!” We ate in town (at Meg O’Malley’s) for New Year’s Eve because it was recommended by Marlene. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was festive. Overall, our stay surpassed our expectations!!

Diana, is a super host. Her place is perfect. Would stay in her home when I come to town. super clean everything you need and if you need anything just reach out to her and she responds ASAP cannot wait to have another trip to stay at Dian's again. She is a outstanding super host.

Perfect for a quick getaway. This Airbnb offered a nice private apartment close to a public beaches and great restaurants. The host communicated well and the listing was accurate.

My wife and I spent a second vacation at Patty's place in 4 years. It is a beautiful apartment for 2 in the heart of Melbourn, a short drive to many local beaches (Sebastian Inlet Park is the must-see place) and close to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. Patty made the stay super comfortable with convenient check-in and check-out, fast Internet, and two conditioners in the unit. And the balcony overlooking the backyard is a great place to start the day with morning coffee!

Matt was a great host and this is a lovely spot. Matt was helpful and responsive. The Jensen Beach area is sweet and charming. Matt is in his integrity and he honestly does his best to make this BnB rental nice and clean and also to help provide an enjoyable stay for his guests. My only caution is this; its noisy...the building is old and the walls are thin....other than that, highly recommended! Thank you!

Mark’s place was the perfect spot location wise. You have many spots walking distance, as well as a hospital super close by if needed. I liked the complimentary loofa in the bathroom! It was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

What a great hidden gem off the interstate! This home is a must if you need to feel like you need to get out of town feel without being too far from anything! Really enjoyed everything about the home! Plenty of space and the master bedroom and bath is the thing of dreams! The Fort Pierce community is so unique and I encourage people to stay here and take in the treasures that this home and Fort Pierce has to offer!

I tried booking for March but was full, I highly recommend Ashley's place she's a great hostess. Anyone coming here will not be disappointed.

Great stay. We had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants. Walked to the beach a few times.

I came down to Vero Beach for business, and needed a peaceful, comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day. Carmen and Rodney's place fits the bill and more. The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable, and though I was unable to take advantage of it, the private backyard boasts a grill, a hot tub, and a wonderful covered patio. It is a perfect place to stay for work or play in Vero Beach.

Overall a nice place to stay. There were a few minor irritants that needed to be addressed. There was no bath soap in the shower. We finally found it under the sink cabinet. Similarly, there were no towels in the bathroom. They were placed in a closet outside the bedroom and hard to find.

5 star everything! My family felt at home! Very comfortable home, Communication and accommodations were met to maximum Potental! Will be booking again with this host if ever in the Melbourne area.

Johns place is amazing , perfect for a getaway! Loved being able to wake up every morning and have coffee on the balcony overlooking the river. Within walking distance of the beach! John is a great guy and easily accessible for any needs while staying at his place. My family and I really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back again.

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect, matching the description just right. It’s definitely a place I would stay at again. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Wow! We have often stayed in places that are "right on the ocean" but at David's place, the ocean is so close you can stand on the balcony and feel the ocean spray when the wind is blowing. The ocean sounds plus a delightfully comfortable bed equalled a great night's sleep every night. Beautiful sunrises, walks on the beach, and a spectacular viewing of a rocket launch in the night sky are some of the reasons we want to return and do this vacation again. Thank you, David!

We loved our stay! This was significantly better than a hotel for a beach vacation. I loved that it was a corner unit, it was easy to access & find. We loved the space. It is simply decorated & while there was only two of us, would have been perfect for a family stay. The washer and dryer were so awesome to have (I probably could have packed less for this reason lol). We rented bikes from A1A Outdoors & they were awesome to have! We had rented a car but actually ended up biking everywhere, including the port (though it was a 7mi haul). We have already discussed returning for vacation next year. Huge thanks to Kay for being helpful and responsive!

Everything was perfect apart from the cleanliness of the bathroom. But nothing annoying! Hair and hair. I wanted to clean but the sweeper wasn't working. For the rest, maybe tell the cleaning lady to go more thoroughly.
