The place was very easy to find. We were greeted by their very helpful and friendly staff Kuya Dodong. The house was amazing! All the rooms were clean and tidy, bedsheets and linens were neatly placed and smelled nice too! We had lots of fun cooking in the very spacious kitchen and had our Media Noche in the dining hall with a view. Greatly recommended place. Very helpful staff and will definitely recommend to friends and family who are seeking a very nice stay in Tagaytay.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Al's cabin. Even though it rained on Christmas Day when we arrived, it didn't stop us from enjoying every moment of our family bonding. The cool weather in Silang added to the excitement. Ms. Louise and her uncle were incredibly accommodating, and we were able to enjoy their delicious hot kawa the following day. The bread and tasty jam also made our stay even more delightful. We're already thinking of coming back, possibly in the summer, to experience the bonfire and outdoor movie watching. Sir Giboy was very friendly and answered all my queries when I was booking his place. Overall, our Christmas family bonding became extra special thanks to our time at Al’s cabin. My family enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The open layout is perfect for family bonding. The adults can do their thing, talking, catching up, and cooking while still watching the kids enjoy the pool or watch TV. Even the sleeping area is to our preference because we were still able to bond before going to sleep. Kuya Rudy, the caretaker, was also very helpful. Upon check-in, he gave me a tour around the property to show me where everything is and how to operate them. And although the kitchen had everything we need, he made himself available to help us get a few things we forgot to bring. The location is also ideal. It's in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood but is only a few mins drive to groceries and places to get supplies. We were a big group, ranging from infant to senior citizen. There is something in the property for everyone of any age to enjoy. We will surely consider this place again the next time we are in the Tagaytay area.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

We welcome the year 2025 and had a great staycation of 5 nights at Sir Kelvin's place. We enjoyed the cool wind and the view of trees and plants inside the property. Sir Kelvin was very accommodating and friendly too. The place was so private, peaceful and picture perfect. The kitchen was equipped with the things you will be needing for cooking. It has pantry too so you can buy some snacks and condiments whenever needed. You can also bring along your furbaby because the property was fenced. Thank you Sir Kelvin and Happy New Year.

It was great staying at Irene's place. We like to walk around and my husband enjoys the morning walk around MOA. The place is also near at the bargain centre of Baclaran.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

Everything we needed for our 10-day stay in QC was well met by this accommodation. The host was super responsive and attentive. The place itself felt very homey, clean, functional, accessible to so many stores, malls, restaurants, etc…all walkable distances. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends when they visit the area. Additionally, I appreciate the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of all the security guards in this condominium complex. Overall, we had a fantastic and restful stay in this cozy, wonderful&homey condo unit.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place to celebrate my birthday! The space was beautiful and clean. The host was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a pleasant and unique experience when we stayed here. The place is clean and all the appliances are available for use. My kids love staying in the attic since it’s surprisingly spacious and you can feel the cool breeze from outside. Innsbruck is indeed a modern bahay kubo in the middle of the city. The host is responsive and accommodating as well.

Place is a gem to find! If you want a pool, clean and a private fenced secure area this is the place to be. The owner and the caretaker is also very responsive, helpful, friendly and will guide you to the area if required. The place is perfect and near local restaurants which is surely we've tried! Coming from New Zealand this place perfect for us as well as their great air conditioning, ameneties and breakfast(which can be ordered). Please do also try their Coffee and Breakfast ! its one of the best foods we've had! 10/10 place. 100% would come back and reccomend. :)

Suggestions: - Include a notice about the parking space. - Add a detailed instructions on how to locate the place or put up a signage outside to easily locate the pin. Other than these, our stay at the Sylvan was great. We were welcomed warmly and was given a tour immediately. Kuya Jeff was also very helpful. They have a lot of amenities and other activities your family or friends can enjoy. Very spacious and everything you need is there so it's also convenient for guests.

We requested for assistance with the karaoke, bonfire and ordering food from their partner restaurant—which we loved their chicken inasal! 🎶🔥🥗🌯 ☆ We had good sleep because the mattresses and pillows were so soft. 😴 ☆ Our furbaby was really happy, too 🐶 Thank you! Even if it was just an overnight stay it was worth it. We hope to come back when we can ♡

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s birthday here! There was so much to do, and everyone had a blast. The kids especially enjoyed the mancave. It was the perfect spot for them to hang out. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and memorable getaway.

Even with the steep climb to the place, we were given specific details to approach it safely and park without any issues.
