Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Inca

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

We were allowed to spend 3 weeks in Can Calet in October 2024. It was an incredibly great time. The property is beautifully landscaped. An oasis in the countryside with a breathtaking pool, brilliant views and wonderful architecture. It was perfect and couldn't have been better. Communication was smooth and all extra requests were fulfilled quickly, without problems and at no additional cost. We will definitely come back and thank you for the incredibly good time.

Lovely and carefully renovated house, with lots of space for our family of five. Everything, from the initial communication to final check out, worked well. Highly recommended.

Great little place to stay. Everything is as described, the small place is quiet and a little secluded. But there is everything you need nearby. The supermarket is sufficient for a few days and there are good restaurants nearby. In my opinion, it is beneficial if you have a car. I was very satisfied.

Elsa is the BEST host! She had drinks and a snack for us when we got there. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. Her recommendations for beaches and restaurants were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and interactions. She has a very kind and friendly spirit that made us feel at home at her place. We also loved her cute dogs and cats. The apartment is ideal, facing the sea and has a beautiful view. There are restaurants and markets nearby but there were never any annoying noises. Miguel's cleanliness and service were impeccable, highly recommended!

Amazing location with lots in walking or biking distance. Port was just a short taxi ride away. Absolutely breathtaking views. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and Antonio was kind enough to buy us wine, and fresh bread, while also having lots of fruit trees with fresh fruit to eat. Antonio had lots of great recommendations for places to see and eat as well! Nothing but great things to say about our stay. Would love to stay here again!

We felt right at home. Everything is lovingly decorated, there are lots of extras and amenities in the apartment. The apartment has a great location with the double sea view and it was very quiet there.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

This place was awesome. The hosts were very attentive and kind. The house was stocked with many necessities which was greatly appreciated. The view from the back porch was gorgeous, we had a great time staying here!

Highly recommend. We stayed with toddler 2.5 years in the apartment. Our son loved the tractor and was also in love with Petra's two dogs. The apartment is very spacious with a large kitchen with everything you need. With child seat, dishes, dishwasher and washing machine. The city is within walking distance. We drove to the beaches by car. Easy to park. We liked it at Platja de Sa Font. Few people and crystal clear water.

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Thank you to Veronica who was the perfect host!

The place was beautiful. The house is a dream and the pool makes the stay perfect! The location is very secluded (you can still hear a street). Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were very nice. We were very comfortable and would love to spend our vacation there again!

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.

We had wonderful stay in Jaime's house for almost 2 weeks in early September 2024. The house has well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space and lovely and immaculately maintained swimming pool. We loved and will miss our breakfasts at the terrace surrounded by mountains and tree's canopies. Warm nights allowed us to enjoy outdoor space late into the night. Jaime is a great host. Very attentive and ready to help and to solve any potential problems. Small or big. In terms of small problems we experienced it was ants in the kitchen (not a real problem really), random tripping of fuses which started after a storm and lasted for 2-3 days after and the biggest, difficult parking spot, especially when you rent a bigger car. None of the above really changed the fact that we had a great stay. We highly recommend this peaceful location with a great host to anybody that is looking for similar. There is plenty of things to do and see in this part of island, but car is a must.

We had a great stay at the villa and it offers everything you need for a family and more. Antonia was very responsive and super helpful. What was unfortunate was that we had asked for a heated pool but it was only turned on when we arrived so it was only warm right at the end of our stay. It can happen and was an honest mistake but the heated pool was the main reason for booking the villa so it was a bit of a shame. They didn't charge us for heating the pool so that was fair. Also useful to know for other guests that in winter the property hardly gets any direct sunshine.
