Sandy was a great host. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. She always responded within minutes when we had any questions. Absolute recommendation!

Very clean and cozy apartment with everything you need! Also easily accessible by public transport, garage and parking in front of the garage also for 2 families (we traveled to 8 with 2 cars)super convenient. Access to swimming pool and sauna was the hit. Everything went smoothly and we were able to spend relaxing holidays here, thank you! We will be happy to come back!

15 mins from Chur railway station by car, we stayed here for taking the Bernina express so cannot say much about the neighborhood. On last day, we visited Arosa which is 30 to minutes drive from Trin. Overall it’s pretty good location to reach few destinations.

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

We spent a week with family and friends in the apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is nicely decorated and offers enough space. On the balcony it has sun all day and a beautiful view. The ski slope is the lift just a short walk away. For us the apartment was perfect and we'd love to come back.
