Extremely clean home, all new and organized. Large, airy rooms. Good beds, we had a great night's rest. Wonderful home!! Garage for just one car and a very tight street to leave your car on the street. About 20 mins to the center of the rose and beaches and about 40 to Garopaba.

Host Helisanne and her husband were very attentive and welcomed us in a familiar way indicating places for tours and meals. The house is very comfortable and functional meeting all the announced specifications. The pool is large and water treatment and maintenance guidance have been provided. The place is peaceful and very safe. Our family liked it, we spent incredible moments during the stay at Helisanne's place.

My family and I had our best vacations! Once we arrived in Tere, she guided us from the attractions of Rosa and the region, she is a fantastic person who takes care of the whole space with a lot of love. Everything is clean, organized, in the details. Many utensils for us who like to cook and mostly make some barbecues. The location of the house is excellent, as each day we knew a different beach and all very close by and we felt very safe.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is very beautiful, pleasant and with all the items advertised. Host became available and accessible with our needs. The beach is very calm, perfect for quiet days. And the other busiest beaches near and easy to get to.

Very well located house, in the center, very close to the best bars and restaurants. Location good for the beaches (pink north and south) and also for the best nighttime events, all quiet for walking. The house has a rustic wooden structure that we like very much, very pink style. Alana and her family are always around to help with whatever you need. I've been to Rosa many times and I can confirm that it was one of the best places I stayed, very well located and with a structure that is more than enough to be quiet in the pink. We hope to come back one day!

We are super comfortable in the space of Ronaldo, a lot of privacy throughout our stay. Patio all fenced in, our old pets loved the lawn. They are a loved one with their guests, always helpful in everything we needed and very attentive, they were kind enough to collect even the clothes on the clothesline so as not to get wet while we were at the beach. Many thanks for everything. We love these moments. Everything perfect and we recommend!
