Check In: They were kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge and we were lucky too since there’s no guests before us. Best to ask the host politely first if early check in is possible. Communication: Very responsive and helpful. Quickly replies to inquiries and concerns. Very friendly indeed and approachable. Location: Tricky to find if it’s your first time inside Lumina Homes but once you found it, it’s easy to get to upon entering the gate of Lumina Homes. Lots of stores nearby and in every block. Amenities: Considering that the place is new, it still has rooms for improvement in the long run. Take note that the home doesn’t have WiFi yet and data signal is unstable inside the house at times (not always tho). It does have the basics (Essentials for bathing, bed, electric fan, water dispenser, AC, kitchen utensils) and that was enough for us. Cleanliness: Again, given the fact that the home is still new, there were still ongoing improvements.

I would like to commend our wonderful Airbnb host for being incredibly responsive and providing clear, detailed instructions on how to reach the property. It made our arrival seamless and stress-free. The place itself was peaceful, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. We had an amazing time with my family, and it was the perfect getaway. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Highly recommend!

My family gives this accommodation a seal of approval! The exterior is deceivingly small, but the interior is well laid out, bright and spacious. The beds are firm and linens are high quality. Kitchen is well-equipped for home cooked meals. Our host and co-host are pro-active and always in communication for our inquiries.

We had a very comfortable stay in the place. The rooms were big and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The place was peaceful and was very close to the commercial center which made access to groceries, shops, and restaurants very convenient. I would like to commend Ate Dyna also. As a caretaker of the house, she was very warm and welcoming. 10 out of 5 stars for this place.

Amazing place! Home away from home. The house is clean, cozy and smells good. Appliances works fine and all AC unit were good. My only suggestion is to change the induction to dual burner so that we do multi task when cooking. Overall experience is awesome! We will definitely go back and stay in this place. The host's were hospitable and the ready to assist our needs.

The host is friendly & quick to respond to my queries & requests. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The condo unit is clean & well-maintained, with sufficient toiletries, towels, water bottles, coffee, candies, etc. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to my friends&relatives.

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

Super bait po ni Ma'am Lea, before i booked her place, she said to me that her place was simple lang but i still booked it and glad I did cause it was a nice place, maganda ang view from the window makikita mo na ang pool. Super responsive ni ma'am, complete ang kitchen, we've cooked inside and the the good thing is malapit lang sa supermarket, The building is across Ayala , you can just walk through to buy foods or other essentials. it really felt like home. Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

The unit was a good size for my family. There were 2 bedrooms, It's a good accommodation. I like the local atmosphere nearby.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

The host is super responsive. We had a good stay, the place is just enough for 4 pax but the bed’s design is not suitable for senior. The place is clean but there are some molds mostly in the kitchen and dining area, it’s a common issue for condominiums though but often left out or not addressed.

The place is really nice and clean. The ambience was perfect and the host was very accommodating and friendly. It was my first time in the City and I will definitely book again due to the location and how great the place is.

Great place to stay, everything was as expected, comfy bed and blanket. Good water pressure in the shower. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi suddenly disappearing, but it was resolved by the host after I notified them. I can recommend this place and I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
