Loft holiday rentals in Ilocos Region

Stayed overnight before our Sagada trip. This place is really nice and clean. It feels very spacious due to the high ceiling. 15-min grab taxi to Baguio City Market and 5 mins to Burnham Park. Parking space is available for guests. The place is a great stopover in Baguio if heading further up north. A water dispenser and microwave oven available just outside your door. The host is very accomodating. After we left the place, we forgot something and the host messaged us. This place is 6 stars.

The place was clean and looked exactly like in the photos. There was a brownout during our stay but it was out of the host's control. He messaged us to let us know in advance na magbbrownout and advised us to use the heater na. He also provided an extension since some outlets will still be working naman. Overall, the place was great. Nasaktuhan lang talaga namin yung maintenance ng electricity siguro. 😂

The location is easy to find as this is along the marcos highway, however it is a little further from the city center and requires a jeep or cab to get there. Ms. Jenny is very responsive and she gives clear instructions as well. The unit is clean, however we had a problem with the bathroom drainage since it did not drain, causing the water to pond. I hope this gets fixed soon. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and will undoubtedly suggest it to my friends.

Place was right along the highway so it was really easy to find. Hosts were really nice to relay all the details I needed even before check-in so there was no need to ask so many questions. So basically check-in was a breeze including parking. Checkout was the basically the same. 😁🥳 Internet, electric fan, a work station, comfortable beddings, water heater, clean toilet and a usable kitchen was the best deal for me. ❤

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dene Anne's place. It was cozy, clean, and cute. We had a great time exploring the multiple attractions in and around the city...amazing time! We will be planning to return, because honestly, we needed 5 more days to explore everything in the area. So much fun!

Stayed at Benjamin’s unit before and as always, it’s been a nice stay. Benj is also very responsive.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over the holidays, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Hero and Tin are, without a doubt, the kindest, warmest, and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. We loved the fact that the place was 100% pet friendly! As a chaotic family with our fair share of inconveniences, we worried we might be too much to handle. But Hero and Tin's patience and genuine kindness put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel both welcome and cared for. Their hospitality is so exceptional that we couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about our rowdiness! We will definitely be back (if they'll still have us, haha) and won't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to friends and family. Thank you, Hero and Tin, for making our holiday truly memorable! 💕
