Hotel holiday rentals in Illinois River

My stay in Savoy was great and Sarah, my host was amazing.

We went up to get married there! The hosts went above and beyond! 10/10 we all had our own bathroom to get ready in and we all piled into room 2 and played card games that they had provided and were able to get cozy all together and had a memorable trip. The balancing was amazing for pictures, and beautiful first thing in the morning watching the sunrise and looking at the scenery. The church was stunning, so perfect for a small intimate ceremony. It was just perfect, price was awesome for everything that came along with using the B&B. Jordan and her husband are amazing! Have recommended this place to everyone, we will be returning here to celebrate our anniversary & hopefully play a round of golf.

Good location and significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area during UofI game day weekend. Thanks Sarah!

place was fresh and very clean. walkable distance to all the bars and nightlife. I loved that there was a menu to the restaurant next door it really wrapped the night up great.

Room worked perfectly well for my needs. Price was great and served its purpose.

Pete and Medley Manor was PHENOMENAL. When my daughter and I arrived Pete was so gracious to greet us, show us his wonderful place and made us feel right at home. It is more than just a home away from home, it is a a vacation oasis! From the amazing and cool themed rooms, the huge common hangout area as a car guy I appreciated the with the amazing Route 66 and diners atmosphere, to the OUT OF THIS WORLD game room 🤯 and to top it off Pete is just a great guy and host! It will be our go to when we are back in town. Medley Manor EASILY puts a resort hotel to shame. The kitchen was amazing and wish I had time to cook and enjoy it much more. Oh and the space in the rooms was literally amazing. The bathroom was amazing with the rain head shower amazing decorum and again so spacious. Oh and the multiple patios, yard space, WOW !!!!!! All I can say is you will be amazed at the wonderful Medley Manor! Plan to book for my daughter for her birthday and graduation! Thanks Pete!!!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Smelled very clean when we walked in. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place met all my needs and so close to UIUC campus with plenty of places to eat along the way. We look forward to future visits! Thank you!!

It's a standard motel room, which worked just fine for our needs. Room was cleaned well, which isn't always the case at this price.We appreciate that pets are allowed. Need to bring your own internet hotspot. A rail line is across the street, but we rarely noticed the sound; it's far noisier downtown. Sarah corresponded more quickly than expected and helped us figure out how to fix a scheduling error, although text/email conversation is slow and prone to misunderstanding. Being new to Air B&B, we struggled to get all the steps right. The interface wasn't intuitive and took much, much longer to get right than a single phone call would have. ABB's linking the reservation process to a single phone number and assuming smartphone access also slowed down the communications.

I've stayed here a few times. It is good value and in a good location for me.

A few things were older in the room, but bed was good and overall stay was just as nice as other national hotel chains I’ve stayed at on the north end of town. A little less hectic down south too and plenty of easy to get to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

This meet our needs. It was convenient to the event we were attending. We felt safe. This is an apartment in, I think, student housing. You have a bedroom with bathroom in the apartment. The space is functional. The water pressure in the shower is very nice. There were clean towels available that were regular sized towels, thick and absorbent. The space is clean and does look it's age. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. There was Keurig coffee maker with a nice variety of pods.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with care. The location was spotless, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—it’s a must-stay!

The Foxmore was a great place to stay in Shelbyville! We were coming in to town for a funeral and had a last minute change in plans where we needed to come a night early so we requested to come a night early and within minutes the hosts responded and we were able to come early! I know that doesn’t always happen but it was great and the hosts were super responsive.

Stayed here for one week while attending to family matters and really enjoyed the Carnegie. It was right downtown where we could walk to visit the local stores and restaurants. The locals are all so friendly and made us feel right at home. I enjoyed the close proximity to the river and a wonderful park and observation tower. The room was private and cozy; the building is amazing. Renovations maintained the historical aspects of the old library, while the rooms were comfortable and clean. I will definitely book with Brandy for future visits to the town Where the Rails Cross the River!

Really nice stay at the Foxmore - my room was cute and clean, everything as described, and really nice that I could check in whenever with the codes for the front door and my room.

The place is spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photos. Brady is very friendly and responsive to questions.

We stayed two nights at Pasfield House while we toured the Lincoln sites. What a beautiful property! The location was so convenient, we were surprised how easy Springfield is to navigate. We were only minutes from everything we wanted to do. Molly was very welcoming and check-in and out couldn't have been easier. Our room was spotless and we had a nice kitchenette area to prepare morning coffee and tea. If we're ever back this way again, we would definitely stay in this charming home.

Renee was very helpful and the hotel room was beautiful and perfect for a quick stay!!
