everything was perfect, we loved the place where we stayed, waking up to the noise of the sea was sensational, everything very quiet, Seu Francisco a great host, was very kind to us and is always willing, we will return to rent with him, without a doubt, a serious and responsible person with his guests, everything was as he announced , I would say even better! Only gratitude!

The apartment is beautiful, with air-conditioning in all rooms, very well structured, new mattresses, a good location for the beach, with convenience and bakeries nearby. The pool area is sensational!! Only point was that we had problems with our checkin, it was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, but the team that manages the apartment ended up losing and was freeing up the space at 5:00 p.m., they apologized, but it ends up being a inconvenience, they also only gave us 1 tag and one of the 2 access controls to the garage gate did not work. Other than that, all right!

The place is simply amazing and the view is to take the breath away. It's definitely worth it and I'll be back next time

Ricardo was welcoming and responsive. Provided all the information I needed and additionally for all questions I had. This place was beyond want I hoped for. I would book it again in a heartbeat. The view is gorgeous

Great place. Beautiful view of the mountains. Limited view of the lagoon. Solid space for a pool day + bbq. The sauna works well although it only fits about 3 people at a time. The outdoor jacuzzi had pretty murkish water and we couldn't get it to heat up so we didn't use it unfortunately. The monkeys are VERY present and incredibly cute. Just be mindful to keep doors closed and no food hanging around. We had some issues with the aircon the first day but they were dully fixed. The poolhouse case two beds in separate rooms; however, one of the rooms can only be access through the other rooms, so there's limited privacy in the poolhouse. Internet was a bit spotty at times. None of us were working so can't say if it's strong enough for conference calls. Overall, despite some of the few issues mentioned above, it's a great place. Nestled in nature, with beautiful views, and ameneties to opt for an airbnb-day over a beach-day, not much more to ask for.

Gustavo served us super well, we rented another house for the weekend where he did not answer us and we had to leave, and so in the fright we found Gustavo's house, at the same time he helped us and we were very welcome to the flawless house everything excellent. You saved our weekend. We like it so much that we already thought we'd come back.
