Perfect place to stay for our company. The centerpiece of the vacation took place under the spacious porch with a huge table, a 10 barbecue, and a very useful outdoor shower under an olive tree. The most beautiful thing is that we found a new Friend, Mr. Alberto. More than available, you could define the company's glue. Great foodies and stories in front of good wine. Vacation from 10. Beautiful house in small village in hills but close beaches to drive to - garden gorgeous peaceful space - strongly recommend

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

Cozy,well-equipped, and extra clean. Breathtaking view, beautiful area. Our stay in this apartment was really comfortable, we found everything we could need, like at home. The surrounding area deserves, both naturally and historically/culturally. The location is convenient,in the center of everything, away from all places of interest.

Great house with beautiful garden and pool area. Fabio made sure the pool was cleaned regulary and was very helpful before and during our stay. The house is in the quite and remote area but walking distance from the village with great bakery and few restaurants. It’s only 15 minutes drive from many beautiful beaches and lovely Pula. Highly recommend and would love to go back one day.

This is a beautiful house, walking distance to the beach! We loved the garden and it was a perfect stay for our 1.5 year old.

The apartment completely matches what was described, complete with everything, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, parking and air conditioners. Very clean and comfortable for four people. Roberta was very kind, she welcomed us and provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, beautiful. We had a great time!

It was a great experience. We had tje beach close to the house in a quiet neighborhood with bigger cities also not that far away. The house has everything one needs, we'll visit again

We stayed in this house from September 5 to 14. Wonderful! For us the ideal situation: the apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in a settlement very close to the sea. The accommodation is very well cared for, spacious, well ventilated, with very enjoyable outdoor space, surrounded by pine forest. At 200 meters, crossing it, you arrive at a beach of large stones, with a low rocky seabed for a nice piece, then a deeper step. It is ideal for those who want to stay away from the confusion and enjoy the sea (no annoying additions). Along the coast you take nice walks to the tower or to Capo Sperone, meeting other sandy beaches. Beautiful and wild sea, the area (at least in September) is not crowded at all. A special thank you to Serena, her mother and little Edo for welcoming us as a family, with a spontaneous and discreet presence, seemed to have known each other for a long time. Definitely a place of the heart to come back to!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us exact directions - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who has explained to us his plans regarding the redesign and re-design of his rental properties. He makes the needed electricity and warm water with self-sufficient solar energy and increasingly switch the kitchens from the currently usual gas stove to electric stoves or cooktops,which of course improves safety and energy consumption. It was all as described and Angelo is the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

We had a great time staying at Aldo's place. The house is great and has everything you need. The pool outside the front door is a real eye-catcher. We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

The house was exactly as described, had everything you need for peaceful vacation. The only small thing was; there were no dishwashers , so I needed to be the one 😉. The beach is 300 mt away, but even that was not something to affect my day (not mentioning my partner who needed to carry a sup twice a day 😆. ) The beach is just great with great beach bar with great prices and even greater service. We do hope to be back, but next time for more time! On the end, I really recommend the place. btw: Marta is really really nice

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Paola’s home near Pula. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and the location was lovely and peaceful. It has a fantastic view with a relaxing outside area, comfy beds and spotless clean. Perfect for a chilled week in the sun. Paola is a wonderful host. Lots of timely and useful communication and was always available if we had any questions. She also offered lots of great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel right at home.
