We felt very comfortable. The place leaves nothing to be desired. Since there are 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, you can easily get along very well with 9 adults. The entire process from check-in to check-out was straightforward and hassle-free. We fully recommend the place.

We are French and we do not speak German or English. The exchanges were therefore limited but we felt a great welcome with a lot of courtesy. Beautiful apartment fully matches the directions. Neighborhood and very quiet house. Very nice environment. A paradise for those who mainly practice cross-country skiing. Beautiful hikes to do throughout the Leutasch, Seefeld and Mittenwald area in particular. You can rent this apartment without a second thought.

Sparkling clean apartment, everything very clean, neat and modern. In the kitchen there is a microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle (no oven), so you basically have everything you need. In the garden there are chairs and a table that can be used together with provided seat cushions. The arrival and check-in were stress-free and easy thanks to the exact information already sent a week before arrival by the hostess.

We had a great time staying at Robert and Antonia's lovely little flat in Grainau for 5 nights. We spent 3 days skiing on the Zugspitze and 1 day hiking above Garmisch. The flat was extremely clean and well-equipped, with great views of the mountains. The location is great, with only a 10 minute drive to Eibsee where the lift to Zugspitze is, and also good connections by train. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted.

Landlady Rosalind is an extremely elegant lady. She is a linguist who has a talent of using five different languages. As an English Professor, she always speaks so beautifully to show her hospitality and generosity. I love the entire property and I am definitely to return. Especially during the summer time, I believe the tremendous garden will be gorgeous.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Eching! The best feature of this place is its proximity to the S-Bahn station—just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting to Munich and other nearby areas. The apartment itself is bright and well-lit, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was spotless and well-organized upon arrival. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and great water pressure in the shower. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place in Eching, this Airbnb is a great choice. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)
