Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Iesi

We stayed in Massimo's house for a few days in February (winter). Despite the weather being a challenge, the surroundings were beautiful. The fields are fresh green and the first blossom appears. The house is traditionally furnished, as Massimo's parents left it (see pictures of the interior) including wedding photos. You feel like you're borrowing the house from close friends. The location is perfect. Beautiful view of Corinaldo, within a 45-minute drive you are either on the beach or in the mountains. In between the rolling Marche landscape. Everything was clean and Massimo had already prepared so much that it almost made us shy of it. His enthusiasm and kindness are wonderful. He thinks with you, explains a lot and takes the time for you. And during the stay, he keeps friendly contact via W-App. In short, an unforgettable experience! Wifi is fine, supermarket/gas station within 5 minutes. No bother from neighbors. Located on a quiet road.

Like at home. Large, clean and organized apartment. Very central and not far from the sea. Friendly and helpful host.

The best of all, the house was perfect, huge, very welcoming, beautiful, just like the photos and descriptions that Stefano gave us, very but very nice, attentive and attentive to everything we needed, how we felt, he allowed us to enter earlier, he facilitated us passes for breakfast, took us what we needed for the rain and not to go out to get wet, even he helped us with a surprise that we wanted to give my best friend. The stay was more than we expected and he made it much more pleasant... if there is a place that I want to visit again without a doubt it is his house, I was left in love, both with the house, the town, the village and the treatment that he gave us...

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

Marco's place was great for our 2 day stop in Ancona. An easy 10 min walk from the station even with lots of luggage and a toddler and easy to bus into town. the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We did not see Claudia in person, but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind, always ready for every request, fantastic ground floor farmhouse with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with abundant firewood, everything in order and cleaning even utensils and linens!!! I highly recommend this place

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

House not centrally located but in a hamlet just outside the historic center, in a quiet area. House with large garden for the dog(the photos do not give the idea) communicates with Tommaso (person in charge of apartment management) always punctual and accurate and available. Highly recommended!

Our stay in a holiday home in a quaint valley near Gualdo Tadino, Umbria, was a great experience. The location of the house was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and in an ideal place to explore the surroundings. The green landscape offered us exactly the relaxation we were looking for. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores. (5 mins) The hostess (and gentleman :-))made our stay really special. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on getaways and local attractions. However, what we appreciated most was the delicious homemade desserts she brought us from time to time. From tiramisu to fresh pannacotta, every dish was a treat. In addition, we got fresh tomatoes from her garden, which were really full of taste. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had brief problems with the electricity, but that was quickly fixed. Great.

Being a guest at Giulia's place is like a refreshing cuddle! The house is very beautiful both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by nature in the Marche hills, in silence and tranquility. In the garden we immediately made friends with the 2 beautiful dogs and cats. Giulia was an exceptional host, super helpful, she gave us a lot of tips on things to do and see in addition to offering us great tomatoes from her garden! We felt right at home and hope to be back soon! Highly recommended :)

The house is beautiful both inside and outside, as well as the context in which it is located. The garden is wonderful and you find yourself surrounded by greenery in a quiet and peaceful location. You can hear the sound of the highway, but the sound is distant and muffled, we were 8 and it did not bother anyone. Gated place, suitable for families with children and animals. Internally it is well furnished with a uniform style, so you can't find furniture paired with cascade. The mattresses are comfortable. There are mosquito nets that can be wrapped on all the windows. All the equipment in the house works regularly. The house is 5 minutes by car from everything, sea, city center, hypermarket. Giulia is an impeccable host, absolutely discreet presence who made us experience the house as if it was ours, but ready and available in time of need. Highly recommended.
