Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Great Location! The house has a unique style, bath rooms are new and the kitchen combined with the livingroom is perfect for groups or families.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Perfect place to stay

This was a completely unexpected surprise during our trip! With the company of adorable little parrots and Julia’s furry friends, this place is a paradise for animal lovers, and the kids absolutely loved it! The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful town, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to supermarkets and restaurants—perfect for those traveling by car. The house feels like a fairytale cottage—cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for daily living. It has a private entrance and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Julia is an incredibly responsible and caring host, warm and full of love, and her family is just as delightful as her. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Our time in Waltersberg with Georg and his wife was incredibly beautiful. The former calf stable has been converted with so much attention to detail and high quality, the garden is simply delightful and the view over the meadows into the mountains priceless. Georg and his wife are the warmest hosts you can imagine. You will be greeted at night and fog on the village road, so you don't have to look for the house for long and take it to the car on departure with a guest gift and say goodbye warmly. In between, there are days when Georg discreetly offers his help, advice and excursion tips, but otherwise you are completely undisturbed.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Harald's house. It was very well equipped and fully met the wishes of our family. The large tile stove was particularly cozy. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and we got excursion recommendations from Harald.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, light and comfortable with a lovely view of the Alps. Our host was very friendly and helpful making sure that we had everything we needed including all the equipment needed for our English Christmas Dinner.

Like last time, everything's great. Love the view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. Have often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. Great. Best regards to the dear landlords

This place was perfect for people staying with little kids. Tons of toys and perfect little beds. The living area is bigger than expected. Tamara Meg is to provide the kids. She only speaks German but it’s not a problem if you know your basics. Old town area is about a 15 minute walk

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

The three of us (two adults, one dog) were absolutely thrilled with our stay! We travel very often with our - now a little older - dog Benji and have already moved into various accommodations, but Katharina's cottage was just 10/10! Absolute relaxation, silence and nature. You can feel the love for the farm and its animal residents and the care of the guests. We felt so taken care of - whether by the great equipment of the cottage, the direct location in the countryside or the supply through and communication with Katharina - it was one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations so far from which we could take so much energy with us! We thank you very much and hope to visit again someday - the three of us would be very happy :)

Alfred was a great host and the apartment was pristine. We were a group of 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough with two toilets which helped alot. Aßling is only 30min from Munich by train and a good option during busy Oktoberfest. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

We didn’t meet Heike in person but she was very responsive and gave friendly and helpful responses to our requests. Michelle was our main contact at the flat. She showed us everything when we arrived and in general she was friendly.

Very nicely located apartment with terrace, kitchen and bathroom utensils very new and well maintained. Easy check-in by digital lock. Frank took great care of us. In 5 min there are two good butchers, bakers, a sun terrace on Lake Starnberg. We will be happy to come back :-)

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

Beautiful surroundings. You can get everywhere by car. You don't even have to drive far away to be able to hike nicely and quietly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed! Thank you very much!

We had a great few days at the place in Grainau! We felt right at home. The view and location were great and since we were there by car, we were able to visit different excursion destinations well. Behind the house is a small family hiking trail, which was very nice and great if you only want to walk a small round. The place was very clean and set up with everything you need. In the hallway there is even a small "info table" with flyers, a few games and for a little money even a few drinks. Jana welcomed us very nicely, showed us everything and was always available for questions. However, there was also the option to get to the apartment independently. Thank you for this beautiful and uncomplicated stay! I'm sure ☺️ we'll be back.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

Javier's place is great. Really lovely place with charm. lots of attention to details and fully equipped. Makes you feel at home right away. Javier communicated well and kindly. Fantastic combo.
