Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ichinomiya, Chōsei District

Kazuya was a great host, picked us up at airport and helped us check in, he also picked us up and took us back to the airport. Kazuya speaks English and provided instructions on how to get to the nearest train station. His place is authentically Japanese, it was hard for me to get used to the Tatami mats, but it was an experience. His place was clean and provided a clothes washer, the kerosene heaters kept us warm at night, quiet and safe neighborhood. We met two of his kids, he loves his family and is a wonderful host. The unit is clean and spacious (good for family of 4 with kids). Comfy beds. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and reataurants. Very responsive host.

WE were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place. The beds are very comfortable, we had everything we needed for our three day stay in Tokyo. I used the washing machine and I appreciated that there was washing machine detergent available for us to use. We would d stay there again.

I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit japan. You’re given thorough instructions for everything you need and the room has everything you need it to have plus host are amazing and nice, I’ll definitely recommend this to friends and try staying here again on my next trip

I would take Meiko-sans Airbnb again over most hotels. It was cozy and had everything you could need, it felt like home. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's also super close to the train station with plenty of stores nearby so overall it was an amazing spot to stay at. Meiko-san is a sweet woman and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of nine. The bus to Shin-Urayasu station was a quick 5 min walk away and Urayasu station is 15 min walk. There was a Family Mart was 2 min walk. I would 100% recommend this air bnb.

It's spacious, so there's no inconvenience even if there are a lot of people. Host is responsive and responsive to needs.

The stay was decent although there was a lingering smell that bothered me at first but later turned nose blind to. Bed was comfortable and got one towel for a couple days stay. Fridge and washroom could use some cleaning and wipe down but nothing filthy or anything like that. Washing machine was good and there was a laundromat nearby although you would have to prepay for a 1000 yen card and use it for the dryer machines. Close to Higashi-Mukojima station so it was relatively easy to get around though keep in mind that if you want to go to Shibuya etc it will be a decently long ride. Konbini nearby, McDonalds, and some other small restaurants to choose from Overall a decent stay.

Smooth communication with host, simple but clean apartment.

It was great! With a friend, it was a fun and nice room, so I kept praising it! The host was also kind, so I thought it was the best accommodation. It is also great that you can walk to Asakusa. It's a friendly place that makes you want to stay again.

We loved our stay at Josie's home! The house had enough space for four people to fit comfortably. The location was also great because it was close to a train station that connected us to everything in Tokyo. The home is also near supermarkets, convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and a laundromat. Josie was so attentive to us and answered every question promptly. We'll definitely come back here in the future!

We loved the neighborhood and the house was perfect for the 7 of us. The lay-out gave us some flexibility and we enjoyed the proximity of the Senso-ji temple. Yuki was very responsive and provided lots of information to help us find the house as well as local restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

A nice spot with Asakusa station in walking distance and a great coffee shop on the street ( best coffee we had in Japan!!). Three toilets and great kitchen facilities made the stay easy.

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

We had a very pleasant time! We enjoyed the pool and barbecue, and we'd love to have the ocean nearby!

The room is withing walking distance of a JR Line train station that will easily get you around Toyko. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city

It's a little far from the station, but 10 minutes?15 minutes? But it was nice to go for a walk. The accommodation was also comfortable!

Very safe space. Small but nice. They have some kitchen utensils downstairs.
