Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Sydney

First of all, Gavin is an amazing Host. He is the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with. All my requests were actioned promptly and satisfactorily. I will recommend him to friends without reservations and will definitely stay here again. The apartment was spacious for a one-bedroom. The kitchen was clean and very comfortable to move around in. We also love the location. Westfield Shopping Mall is seven minutes away and Chatswood Interchange is a two-minute walk away ; so it's easy to get to the city by Metro or Train.

The space was perfect for our visit, close to cafes, shops and restaurants. 5' away by car from the CBD. Really quiet neighbourhood during night time, great to have a good rest! Jean Claude gave us all the info needed, communication was easy and clear. Thank you!

This place is comfortable and clean. Close to shops and public transportation. I really appreciated Ruby accepting my booking last minute after my accommodation got changed. Wifi worked fine for me. Very safe neighborhood. Easy finding the lockbox and front door. I loved the Persian fruit store on the corner. There are a few very nice shops close by. If there was one thing I would critique it is that there is quite a bit of light that comes into the unit at night. I prefer to sleep in very dark room. The AC smelled a bit funny so I didn’t end up using it. Wasn’t too hot for me though. Overall it’s a simple but comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel apartment! The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and even a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. It was so convenient to be able to do my laundry and freshen up after traveling. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right behind Chatsworth train station, which made it easy for me to catch my flight the next day. There were also lots of night markets nearby, making it convenient to explore and grab some food in the evening. Although I initially had trouble finding the place, the host was very kind and personally guided me to my room, which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book again!

They were so responsive and instructions were crystal clear. They were very friendly and co operative all time. Place was clean and they provided all the things mentioned. House was near to bus stops and train stations, so hassle free communication. Overall Stay was good.
