Holiday rentals with lake access in Hwaseong-si

It was a pleasant trip thanks to a friendly host in a place with a great view.

Such a pleasant stay ☺️☺️ this is our second time with Sulin as our host! We’ve stayed at both her houses and it’s always such a great experience. She is very kind, friendly & immensely helpful! We really appreciate how she went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one :) highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was nice to use neatly! The location was also a little far from the main street, so I was satisfied, and the communication was smooth, so I used it without any inconvenience.

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

It's right in front of Sangdo Station, so not to mention the advantages of getting around! First of all, the condition of the accommodation was really, really good for the price. I had a friend in my group, so I searched a lot when choosing an accommodation, and when I checked out, it was such a neat and cozy interior that it was the most unfortunate for him to go out. The safety of the accommodation was all good, so I slept well at night without any worries, and there was no cold wind, cold inside, or anything like this. I felt that you were constantly giving us feedback about your space and that you cared about what your guests might need! I need this, but don't you have this?And I think the advantage of this accommodation is that it was almost there, and there was plenty of extra prepared! Thanks to you, I made a lot of happy memories and will come again at my next meeting!

We stayed with four people for two days! There were two large beds, so I slept well! There was a squeak every time I moved, but it wasn't as uncomfortable as I couldn't! It was so nice to have plenty of towels, and it was on the 5th floor with an elevator, so even if I had heavy luggage. And since it's an accommodation in a food alley, I was surprised that it was so soundproof that even though people were baffling in the alley, you could barely hear the outside! There was quite a bit of a message to the host before check-in, but he responded kindly. Thank you! It was a cold day, so it was a little cold😭 even if I turned on the boiler. But there was an extra fire, so I was able to sleep warmly with two blankets. Thank you ~!

The place is so nice, and they want me to use it again next time.

Feels like a home, because it is a home! If you’re staying a short while, or a long while, this is your place. We plan on travelling to Seoul many more times and we’ve decided to stay here whenever possible. The host Junmi was impeccable, whatever we needed she was there to help. We embarrassingly clogged the toilet and could not unclog it, Junmi had a plumber there ASAP to sort it out.

The place is so tidy and has everything Next time I stay, I'll stay here again.

It looked the cleanest among the nearby accommodations, so I booked it, but it exceeded my expectations. I had a really good rest:)

The best Airbnb I've ever visited.. The night view and foreground are as beautiful as the photos, but all the props provided seemed to contain the host's consideration. I also liked the weak acid cleansing foam, but I've never seen a place with shaving foam... The bedding was warm, there were plenty of drinks and water, so I was able to drink enough and dolce coffee. Much more comfortable than coming to a hotel.. I am happy to rest comfortably as if I were at home. I'd like to stay again next time my schedule is right.. ♡

The accommodation was so tidy, and I had a good rest without any inconveniences. It was even better to have several amenities on the first floor!

It was a gathering with friends and family. It was a total of 3 families, and I had a good time. It was located at the bottom next to the road, so I couldn't see the house right from the road, so I passed it at first. There was space for up to 4 cars for parking. The road down to the house after parking was a narrow staircase, so it was a little difficult to move my luggage. It was rather nice to be able to stay warm because it was very cozy and blocked the winter breeze. There was snow in the rice fields and hills near the house, so the children were able to ride vinyl and box sleds that they had never experienced in the city. The condition of the accommodation felt cozy like any country house, and there were karaoke machines and musical instruments, so it was an accommodation that I never got bored. Since the house is separated from other houses, I was able to play without worrying about the noise. The dishes and various utensils in the kitchen were well equipped, and there were many towels and blankets, so a total of 10 people were able to stay well. In the yard, I was able to use the fire pit to enjoy various grills, and I was able to store them between the piles of alcohol and drink it very coolly. It is a warm and hot water accommodation in sub-zero weather, so I want to come again next time. Thank you to Yoonhee for your kind response even though I contacted you at 3 am because I knew the water switch near the kitchen light and turned it off suddenly because the water switch near the kitchen light didn't come out suddenly. If you come after us, please don't touch that switch. ^ ^

The accommodation was beautiful and it was nice to enjoy it privately. The host was kind and responded quickly to problems.❤️

I liked that the surroundings were secluded and quiet. There is a grocery store about 2.5km away by car, so it was convenient to get urgent things there. And the host kindly guided me, so I had a good night and two days with my friends..!

I went there with my parents for 1 night and 2 days. My parents really like it:) You told me often that you want to retire and live in a cottage, but you like it so much. I hope you can bring me again next time.. The owner also made the interior really neat, so I came as soon as I entered the house! Before I went, the owner also gave me ginger tea lemon tea, so I had a good meal.

I had so much fun with my friends, and it was like a country house and a unique accommodation!!

The home has a large garden nestled in a peaceful creek. I was able to relax comfortably with my dog, etc., with a cozy interior, a large deck, and a large garden. I'm going to visit again during the blooming season and try to play in the water by the creek. The cauldron fire pit was the best!

After visiting, I was able to make a meaningful time with my acquaintances. It was really clean and spacious and felt like home. The stars were even more beautiful in the night sky. Thank you for making a great memory. I wish you luck!
