The Manzanita cottages are indeed unique and special. We stayed in the quaint and charming ‘Red Cottage’ and greatly enjoyed our time there. Nice amenities and amazing location; private and quiet but close enough to walk to the sand and enjoy the lovely sites in Laguna Beach.

Jordan is a super host !! Very friendly, helpful, flexible + the place and area we stayed in were incredible! we had such a great time in LA!

This place has everything you need- cozy, clean, excellent location! The beach is literally steps away. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants! The location of this place is the best and so convenient. Stayed with three adults and we were all comfortable in the space! Would highly recommend and planning our return!

We were evacuated from our home due to the recent fires and needed a place to go to try to find some peace and normalcy. Drew understood our needs without me even having to tell him. He made things happen to allow us to check in earlier and waited for us to get to the house to ensure we had front row parking and had all our questions answered. He checked in from time to time during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was just what we needed. Steps from the beach with walkable restaurants. The time there helped get us back on our feet.

Lou's beach cottage could not have been more perfect. It was lovingly appointed and maintained. Spotless, a well equipped kitchen, books and games. Had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. It is right opposite the beach, literally across the road and so so much to walk to. Lou was a lovely, charming and thoughtful host. He was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to take care of us. I could not recommend this place more. ❤️❤️❤️

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

First and foremost, the listing perfectly matched its description. The property was exactly as advertised, leaving no room for unpleasant surprises. The area itself was spotless, well-kept, and inviting, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect environment to plan a vacation. The hosts truly went above and beyond in their communication. They maintained open and friendly lines of contact throughout my stay, ensuring I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Check-in and check-out were incredibly straightforward, with clear instructions provided in advance. The process was seamless, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

Vui was so kind and attentive We appreciated her willingness to let us check in early as we were evacuating from the Eaton fire.

Great place for a couple of nights. Walkable to good eats and sights.

Nice 3bd 2 ba house. small backyard and even smaller fence. Something to consider if you are bringing a dog. the kitchen was well stocked in some areas, but not in others and some of the drawers were off the tracks. owner did supply an actual crib for us, not just the pack and play shown in photos. he was also very quick to respond. We are not memory foam mattress people, so the master was rough for us. one of the other rooms had a firm bed that we enjoyed. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the location, including the park at the end of the block. We won't be staying again, but only because of preference for our family, not because of anything wrong with the house or owner.

Sean was very accommodating and the place was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location! Mike and the team even let me check in early because I was fleeing from the wildfires and completely exhausted.
