Located just off Southwold High Street with direct access to Southwold Common. Idyllic spot-quiet and secluded-yet all amenities and Southwold town centre are right on your doorstep. Pet friendly-perfect for walking and exploring! Aldeburgh is close by, Snape, Dunwich, Minsmere and Thorpeness. 'Out of Africa' easily visited. Southwold is the home of 'Adnams Brewery'.

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Pretty, modernised, very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equipped kitchen; dining table seating up to 6, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with separate shower; sunny, safe enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins.

It’s rustic so you may need slippers or flip flops for the wooden floor. Chapel is a lively village but the chalet park is quiet.
