We are constant travelers to world cities and this apartment is a 10 of 10 comparable to any great apartment and location . This is a great apartment located at the Robertson Apartments. Security was always around - friendly and helpful . Easy to access on arrival . Apartment was super clean and had an incredible view . we are gym and pool users and both were awesome plus the views from the top of the buildings at night were incredible. Restaurants and coffee shops 100 steps away . We easily walked to China Town in 10 minutes …a mall also …walked to KL tower in 30minutes .Subway only about a 5 minute walk . The apartment was so good …hot water …strong wifi … good kitchen …clothes washer . Great bed .

It was an amazing stay. Not just the best in KL, but probably the best throughout my entire experience with Airbnb (and I’ve had a lot). The apartment looks just as pictured. It’s new and I was happy to know that it’s only available for longer stays. It has everything you need and even more. Karkheng was an amazing host from all sorts of help, communication to helping me with my luggage when i was leaving. The facilities of the building are great as well. I wish i could stay there longer but it was already booked. I’ll definitely try to come back next time I am in KL! Thank you!!

We travel to Malaysia twice a year and this is the best stay we’ve had The location is unbeatable, the mall is literally next door and within the tower there are shops and restaurants. Honestly it’s the holy grail of locations. The place itself is perfect, we found it clean and there’s everything. Comfortable clean beds showers with formidable pressure, a washing machine, a lovely balcony. The bedrooms are spacious for what they are. It was also very useful to have a dedicated work space, The lifts and facilities are cutting edge, we’ve booked places where it’s not been like this I was always surprised how fast we shot up to the floor. From the 2nd highest floor there are amazing views of KL The host was relentlessly responsive and went out of her way to help us as far as local recommendations. If it’s free book it, you won’t beat the location, host support and quality of this place.

I really enjoying my time during my stay. It’s a really nice & clean space, good amenities, great locations, near a lot of tourist attractions & restaurant. the check in proccess was also very easy & smooth. the host always keep in touch with us. Wonderful experience, sure will be back!

I checked in with an airport pickup car provided by Gee. The driver brought me the key, so it was easy to check in. When I saw the other reviews, I said it was a suitable accommodation for two people, but when I looked at the cutlery set, I think it was more suitable for 2 people than for 4 people. But it was okay. There were ants, card keys, and air conditioning issues, but Gee did his best to solve it. I recommend this place for sightseeing purposes as it is very well located.

Responsive and friendly, facilities is exactly as per description. The whole building is showing sign of wear and tear due to high humidity and rainy weather

The apartment was great. Location is perfect and walking distance from China Town, Jalan Alor street market, and other popular places in KL. Around the corner you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. The residence is great, with nice swimming pools and rooftops. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had everything you need, especially with children. Winnie was easily reachable via message for all kinds of questions. Thanks again!

Was a nice little apartment very central to KL Sentral for getting around. Good to have the two bedrooms each with bathroom . Restaurant down stairs was great to eat at. Great that the apartment was on the same floor as the swimming pool which was amazing looking over the city. Recommend staying here.

House is flawless, and the tofu potato is to die for. Sparkling clean and smell nice. Got thick n clean prayer mat Masya Allah!

Clean and well decorated house. Host also prepared some cup noodles and packet drinks at the home for us to purchase if hungry. Just wanted to highlight can get quite busy as it’s infront of Zus Coffee and nearby to a school. Nevertheless it’s a decent spot & owner was proactive. 👍🏼

Owner friendly

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

I was disappointed because the owner just inform me that the pool was under maintenance, so I asked him for a full refund. He processed it quickly, and I got my money back. I don't blame him, maybe he just notice this issue from the management. Anyway, thank you for your quick response and responsibility. Please book this hotel. I believe this unit is the best, but unfortunately, it’s not my luck to stay here.

It's a nice place to stay here ! Everything was great 🌻 However I hope they could change the towels as they don't absorb water well. Overall it was a pleasant experience! And would repeat to stay here again 😊

Great place to stay. There are several great restaurants, cafes and shopping places within walking distance. Our host made us feel at home. Highly recommended place for a family on a holiday.
