Holiday rentals with a patio in Hudson

Great option to stay in the Tampa area. House had everything needed. Will definitely consider going back.

We had a great time at this place. Came for baseball spring training and was able to walk back from the stadium! Lots of parks in the area and a grocery store right down the street. So many peacocks in the neighborhood - we loved it. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again!

I decided to book this duplex for 10 days as it was very close to my daughter's house. The place was pristine! The neighborhood is older but safe. Its location was very convenient to many amenities (grocery, gas, shopping, parks, Gulf of America, movies, etc.). It was private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Meraris was super helpful when we got a little confused where to go and did her best to communicate with us when she did not know the best of english. The place was beautiful and very clean. Listing could have been a little better and let you know that it is a tag along spare room but that is okay because she made it all up to us.

The location was great, everything was within a 10 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive and answered all messages within a few minutes. Would stay again!

Aida’s house provided everything needed for our week stay., everything about the house looks just like the pictures and listed amenities. We were an hour or less drive from a ton of things to see and do and more than enough restaurants to choose from. We had a great time.

This place was just as described and matched the pictures well. It was comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed the small enclosed patio and found the neighborhood to be safe and walkable. It was conveniently located to anything needed - stores, restaurants, walking parks, etc. Efrain was extremely responsive with communication. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and used the kitchen a couple times. We would stay here again.

Hi we had a wonderful time in your lovely home....we greatly appreciate everything...your house has everything that everyone would need .. the only issue was the king bed it was way too soft for me ...but that was just me and my youngest..lol...we ran our of plastic bags and paper towels and toilet paper but other than that it was a superb stay.. especially being that My son only lives 7 minutes away...maybe for the pool room have a portable heater in the winter..i didn't think that Florida could get that cold well it's better than back home in Jersey where it's like 12 degrees LOL!

We came for a bowl game at Raymond James and decided to walk there and back (game started at noon so it was daylight). It’s about a 45 minute walk but it was worth it as there was a lot of traffic to and from the stadium. Nicely remodeled home that was very organized. One of the mattresses was firmer than I like. It is near a busy street but the accommodations and location worked out great for us.

Wonderful Stay! It was the perfect location while in Tampa for a couple days of meetings with a small group of co-workers. The house was clean, quiet and easily accommodated 3 of us comfortably while the rest of the group was at a larger house nearby. The host, Katiuska, was welcoming and always available to answer any questions and/or help – in fact, one day we accidentally locked the keys inside the house, and she came over right away to help us gain access again.

If I can give more than 5 stars , I would definitely give them!

what a wonderful stay. came in town for a wedding and was relieved with a beautiful place to stay thanks to Tatyana & her wonderfully fast responses. spotless home, plenty of space with an open layout. this home is located in a lovely neighborhood as my 2 year old & myself felt compelled to explore by foot. there was even a tag sale across the street with super friendly neighbors! showers had all amenities as well as towels and hairdryers. back yard space is peaceful with a fire pit, lounge chairs, a hot tub, long porch & friendly lizards that hung around on the fence keeping us company. if ever in town again, I plan on staying here again!

Very nice and perfectly clean home. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep. Would book again when back in the area.

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not show how close the beach actually is. You literally walk out the door a few feet and you are on the beach. We flew in so it was great having furnished chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. There are even kids toys if you have a child with you. It was also nice having the washer and dryer on the premises. I liked washing all of our things before we packed up. We will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Very clean and kitchen was set up very well. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was very nice too. Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions. Location was great too.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

This property is great! Whether you are staying for a weekend / week of golf at the resort or if you just want a get away! The golf course is steps away from the walk out patio! The club house is very close walking distance to be able to go sit around one of the two fires outside and enjoy lunch / dinner and or a drink! This was a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

This place is in such a gorgeous setting. I’m a linen snob and I highly approve of their bed linens. The host communicated fast and had the washer replaced quickly he realized it had gone out before our stay. We had the best time as a family of 6 and will certainly be back! The closet FULL of beach toys helped us to not have to pack so much. My favorite part was watching the dolphins in the water from the living room couch.
