Accommodation with Jacek was perfect, located in a quiet area next to the entrance to the spa park. Great short trip to the mountains for skiing. The apartment is superbly furnished and is ideally located. Everything within walking distance: ski rental, slopes, ski school, mini market and restaurant with super tasty food. Strazne is a little out of the way, so the slopes are not crowded.

We really liked it here! Vit is a very welcoming host. He gave us a lot of information about the area. The apartment was very nice with great views! We could park the car at the bottom of the garage. There was also a separate place with enough space to stall the skis. We will definitely recommend this place!

We were 4 adults, 2 children (4&6) and two infants (<1). The location and amenities of the place were top notch. We all liked the pure nature and above all the opportunity to ride sleds directly at the house and romp in the snow. We recommend the place with a clear conscience and will certainly come back again.

We booked the place for 4 couples and 5 children and can only recommend it to anyone. The house is huge and nicely furnished. A highlight is the large living-dining area with fireplace and the sauna in the garden with ice barrel. The house is designed in such a way that each family has one or two separate bedrooms with associated bathrooms, so perfect for several families with children. The hosts were super friendly, greeted us personally (which has now become an exception on Airbnb), provided us with numerous tips for excursions and responded to every question immediately and always helped us directly (even on New Year's Eve). A clear recommendation.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

great cottage, everything clean, nice views. also close to the facilities from the Riese complex where we wanted to visit. Great contact with the owner, we could ask everything, and the response was always quick. Highly recommend!

Natasja's place was as described. A really nice place and ideal for a group. There was nothing missing once you read the description properly. There are also many hiking destinations in the surroundings. Nearby are very quiet and beautiful. I would gladly come back.

everything was great, our holiday was lovely. The house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, located in a peaceful area where you can relax and spend quality time with your family and friends. We, three families, were all satisfied. To be honest, the beds were not very comfortable, but I don't think it's a serious issue. If the host works on it, I believe guests will be happier about it. Other than that, we didn't face any issues. Everything was wonderful, our kids had a lot of fun. They could play outside right in front of the house, so we didn't need to go elsewhere for them to enjoy. The balcony was fantastic and very useful. Overall, the house was very clean and excellent. I recommend it. Would I visit again? Yes, I would love to go back after some time to the same house.

We were looking for something quiet for New Year's Eve in a group with dog. Luckily, the whole country was under a frozen layer. Everything looked like in fairytale, white and frosty, for 3 days. We immediately felt at home and the amenities were nice and clean and in the cottage style as we like it. Shopping was possible with the car nearby and the place was super quiet on New Year's Eve. Above the field you could see the other villages at 0:00 am, which was still not too noisy for people and animals (we are coming from the city). Everyone was satisfied, gladly again ❄️✨

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

Host Robert is completely seamless, high level of contact, quick responses to responses, and willingness to get along. The apartment that Robert offered was 6 people, we were with 9 people (including two small children and we easily accommodated), and there was no problem for us all to be in one apartment - for a nominal fee. The apartment is clean, stoves are available, hot water in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. I 100% recommend it.

Magda's place is a real gem. It's in the heart of Jičín and extremely walkable to everything you might need. Parking is tricky and we had to move the car a few times since it's all paid parking by the apartment. But the apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Magda was extremely responsive and did a good job communicating with us. The check in wasn't the best as we agreed to meet at one only to then postpone until 4 so we had to find a way to occupy 3 extra hours. But overall this is a great place and would stay here again.

The whole process of checking in and executing the entire apartment that breathes home, right in the middle of the city, was quick and packed with all the necessary information. A really lovingly restored little cottage in the middle of Černý Důl, lift and slopes within walking distance and a toboggan slope just behind the house. The living room with kitchen is super cozy and more spacious than it looked on the photos. The bathroom is across the hallway but also has a small heater. The really good wood stove warmed us wonderfully with strong frost, wood is infinitely available. We felt very comfortable for a week, it is a house with a cozy atmosphere and a soul. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the city, close to cafes, restaurants and train. We loved it here. The apartment was newly equipped, everything was clean.
