It was GREAT! House was great and the Host was extremely nice. He contacted us prior to our stay to see if we needed anything. Beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic communication from Chad from check in to check out procedures. The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a great place for a group of friends or family, but we used it for coworkers and it was perfect! Plenty of common spaces, including the pool room or dining area, and also private space. We really liked the option to have individual locks in each bedroom.

Jade’s home was lovely and the perfect place for us to stay while showing at the Georgia National Fairgrounds which was a short drive away. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the soap, shampoo and conditioner that was in the shower, showing that she thought of ways to make her guests feel more at home. She was very quick to respond to my messages. We will definitely book again when visiting Perry!

We had a wonderful weekend at Cozy Haven! It was so cozy and comfortable; the perfect space for us to relax and unwind. Everything we needed was available. Truly, a home away from home. It’s so very well decorated, had the most comfortable bed, not to mention new appliances. It was really great! We highly recommend and will stay again.

The master bathroom in this house is incredible. The rest of the house was very nice and clean and modern. When I need a place to stay in if I am visiting my family in the area, I will look to see if Jay’s place is available first.

This was our first stay here. The house was very clean and clutter free. Location provided us easy access to Bonaire Kathleen and Warner Robins. Neighborhood was quiet.

Home has amazing park within walking distance that my children enjoyed. This home was a hidden gem.

This home was quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. We used to live in the area and came to visit family. It felt like being back home. While the home isn’t the most updated, everything we needed was functional and met our needs for the stay. They accommodated us with our cat and there was plenty of room for my kids to play and sleep. We’d recommend this home to anyone who wishes to stay in the area. Great for kids and pets.

We came in for the Perry Ag Show, it was nice to have somewhere to come in with space between shows and be able to cook a good meal. The place was very neat, clean, and comfortable to be at. The kitchen and living room are a lot larger than the pics seem! All around a win
