Holiday rentals with breakfast in Houilles

Large house 30 min from Paris, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Under the supervision of koukie, the cat, we had a pleasant stay with our 3 children who took full advantage of the heated pool, trampoline, ping pong and the forest next door. A real vacation!

I really enjoyed the historic quality of this two story Airbnb, which dates from the 1700's. The stone walls and beamed ceilings upstairs provided a restful ambiance, and the fully equipped kitchen downstairs made meal prep a breeze. All shopping was within a block, featuring gourmet foods, supermarket, flower shop, pizza parlor and fine stationary and gift stores. And yet, with all of that nearby convenience, this Airbnb was quiet as can be, for no automobiles can be seen or heard from its private gardens. It is beautifully located off the street in the back of much larger houses.

Sonia and Alexandre's house is wonderful - Beautiful building nestled in a very well-maintained garden - very beautiful decoration brought back from the many trips of this family of adventurers Our children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the property (cats, chickens and dog - all very nice) Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden are particularly pleasant and allow you to appreciate the view of the valley The amenities are very nice (barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture among others) Highlights include: the exceptional bathroom installed in the glass roof - the well-equipped and functional kitchen, very bright The house was very clean upon arrival We recommend without hesitation

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Everything was perfect, true to the photos. The hosts were very nice and we had a great weekend. It was just beautiful. And the place is perfect for a romantic evening with your partner.

Very good stay, I love the neighborhood where it is, with a great market, bakeries, magazines and restaurants and the metro not far away and the owners are very nice, they help a lot and let you feel comfortable.

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

Friendly host , beautiful apartment, good surroundings

Bernadette’s place was perfect!! Right next to amazing restaurants, phenomenal bakery and across the street from the Eiffel Tower. Easy 10 min walk to any of the train stations. She even welcomed me with a fresh baguette and pastries as well as fridge stocked with water. She was extremely accommodating! Overall an amazing experience.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

Host was friendly and helped us figure out the metro. Great place with a great view. Brought us delicious pastries daily.

I had such a pleasant stay at Alain’s! He is the sweetest and most helpful person you could find. While I was there my birthday came up and I woke up to the nicest breakfast with strawberry cake. I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a great time at Wiktoria and Antoine's place. This is truly an exceptional place to stay, the most beautiful Airbnb we've seen. Everything is done to ensure you have a good time. We will go back with great pleasure.

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner.
