Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hotel Zone

Nice Airbnb. Deserves more credit than what you would think. The washer and dryer work great. Internet is fast for a group of 5 people. Clean sheets and towels. Good spot.

I was traveling with a group of 11 women of varying ages and everyone found something to do at this house's location! There was gorgeous Mall that you could walk to or take a quick taxi which the younger ladies liked - a nice little beach within walking distance and at least 15 restaurants you could also walk to. Starbucks basically across the street for those of us that can't do without a little taste of home... the main living space of the house was big enough for whole group to feel comfortable! Senor Mendez at the guard house was extremely friendly! ♥️ (one thing to note is that most of the bathrooms have louvered doors so if you're going with people you don't know very well it could be a little awkward at times ie. no bathroom fan) Great bike/walk paths right outside of the condo units - you could follow them North or South all the way into the heart of the hotel zone. 9.8 out of 10!! Fantastic stay that I would do again in a heartbeat - felt safe the entire time!

This home is very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee out by the pool every morning to start our day. Dafne was accommodating and even let us check in a little early. We had a small hiccup with one of the sliding doors upon arrival but once we contacted Dafne, she was there in less than 20 minutes to fix it - exceptional! She gave us great recommendations on places to eat and go for a run and was a sweet host, very communicative. I would note to other guests that the showers are best used by turning the water off when you're not using them (e.g., when lathering) to make your hot water last longer. This was not a problem for us but took us a while to figure out so just a tip for those who come after us.

The place is well located near the restaurants and beaches, but also tucked away in seclusion, so it feels very quiet and peaceful. Its clean and modern. One of the bedrooms on top floor, with the double bed, offers a small ocean view. The other rooms have cute design elements that are very tranquil. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond, even later in the night. The cleaning staff came daily and were excellent, keeping the place pristene. The upper 3 bedrooms are accessible via a somewhat steep awkward wooden staircase. Perfectly managable for able-bodied folk. One flight below is the king bedroom, with large windows, however the 3 bedrooms above can look directly into the King bedroom, as they go up/down so we kept blinds closed in the King bedroom most of the time for privacy. Shower pressure was not great. Despite all that, place was great, centrally located and close to Ocean/Food. Definitely gave a very calming peaceful energy.

A Truly Magical Stay at the Shell House! Our stay at the Shell House on Isla Mujeres was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the unique architecture and the attention to detail in every corner of this one of a kind home. Staying in a house shaped like a seashell, complete with ocean views and a beautiful outdoor space, was an unforgettable experience. Beyond the stunning accommodations, Vanessa made our stay even more special. She was so helpful and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality and attentiveness truly made a difference. Communication was excellent from start to finish quick, clear, and always helpful, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxing, and truly magical place to stay on Isla Mujeres, the Shell House is absolutely worth it. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent treatment with the host, he was always on the lookout for everything in our stay and was also flexible with the schedule, since we arrived a little earlier. He showed us the way to the accommodation and explained everything in person. Very nice place, very clean, we had a great time as a family.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 10 days November 2024. We loved the location! It’s away from the busy part of the island. The beach was nice and the outdoor pool and sitting areas were perfect for our group. Ezichel and his wife are amazing and so helpful. We enjoyed visiting with them. They were never around too much or too little. Water pressure is a bit hit or miss but I think it’s like that lots of places on the island. We will definitely miss the house!

Jorge and Victor were excellent hosts! They were extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we looked into booking until after we left the villa. They were very accommodating and worked quickly to resolve and questions or issues that arose, including bringing additional water when our supply was low. The location of the villa was beautiful, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves as the other villas in the community were mostly empty during our stay. Overall the hosts made this an excellent experience for our group and we would definitely stay with them again!

Beautiful property. Clean, safe, peaceful and quiet. It was great to see there is a full kitchen. This was understated amenity. Enjoyed the fact that we there were only 6 other guests. It's like we had the whole place to ourselves. It would be cool to have a bartender on site. Plenty of outdoor seating, swings at the bar. The pool and hot tub were amazing. You are able to catch a gorgeous sunrise from the lounge chairs that overlook the ocean to the east. So many seashells on the cliff side! We loved how the seashells were incorporated into the design of the property. No access to the beach and the waves are too rough for swimming but beautiful nonetheless. The property is about 10 minutes from the beaches on the north side of the island (by car, bike or golf cart). Highly recommend renting golf cart. Great way to get around Isla. Taxis can get pricey but available everywhere.

Great house! The pictures and description doesn’t do the house justice. It was so much better in person! Beautiful beach front property, plenty of room, great views and in the center of everything. Juan & Catalina and staff were excellent! They made our stay perfect!

Its location and transfers are easy after arriving; the place is comfortable with the indispensable and the area is very quiet; in our case it was excellent to rest and find everything you need nearby. Thank you, if we would come back 😃

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Delfines. The house is beautiful! The bedrooms are so spacious, the kitchen is cook friendly, and there are so many spaces to lounge with beautiful views. The pool and hot tub and access to an ocean swim were great. The house staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel so welcome (but were scarce and not interfering) and kept the place spotless and took care of our every need. We felt so pampered! The host was very easy to communicate with also. We liked the location because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the North end but there was a restaurant close by and an easy $10 taxi could get you anywhere. Our group of 8 adults all want to go back and the place would be great for families also. 5 stars all around!

Mauricio is the epitome of a super host. Literally from the moment I booked, he was extremely helpful, responsive, and eager to assist in whatever way he could. He helped coordinate amazing chefs and even a mixologist. He anticipated our needs by reaching out and offering to arrange transportation and service while we were there. To our surprise, we even had a daily house keeper, which was very nice surprise. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we owe it all to Mauricio. Also, the house is extremely walkable and convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.
