Very nice big house, 5 bedrooms so perfect for 10 people. Shopping 10 min by car. Upon arrival, the host instructed us in the hot tub, sauna and everything else in the house. The house was clean and tidy, but you can tell that people really live there and that is not just a vacation home, which is not bad or disturbing. The only negative are the surrounding neighbors who in principle have something against guests in this house from the ground up, who complain in retrospect, although you have been quiet, for which the hostess can't do anything. Would book again anytime.

The house is situated next to a spa and hotel, in the middle of the forest. Great hikes directly at the doorstep. House is practical, clean and met our expectations. Diandra communicates well. I can recommend this place.

Perfect short stay , Kirsten was very responsive and always willing to help out and provide all the info needed. Place itself is great, big enough for 2 , very private and isolated with the garden which is very well maintained and decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Kerstin's place for one night, but everything was great for it. The communication in advance was very friendly and helpful. The instructions on how to get to the accommodation were also so clear that we made it in the dark. The flexible check-in helped us enormously here, as traffic had changed our plans a little. It is very quiet, very clean and if you are looking for some peace in the countryside, the perfect place and the surroundings to explore or just look at a few stars at night.

This is a very nice place to stay. You have everything you need, except a washing machine ( but that you know before already) thanks Stephanie!

Owner is very proud and careful about his home. You will enter a beautiful clean house with personal decorations that make it just a little more cozy. There was a real Christmas tree in the living room, so cozy. Coffee machine works with coffee beans, very tasty. Bring: clothes and groceries, rest is provided such as towels, bed linen. Even the beds are made, you can enjoy right away. House is in quiet neighborhood. And has a central location, e.g. within 10 minutes Christmas market in Osnabrück. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Owner is easy to reach via email/app. Had a great weekend! - Please note: ground floor is with tiles (looks like marble), owner would prefer you to take off shoes at front door. Get used to our adolescents. So bring slippers/slippers. A bit slippery for our dog.

Beautiful, small cottage in an idyllic location. The view was very nice, only the many boats that ride through the Ems on beautiful days disturbed the tranquility a little. the equipment of the apartment is impeccable and completely functional. Only the piano, which was indicated as an entertainment option, was not well tuned. This may be completely irrelevant in 9/10 cases, just a pity for us. There were also many spiders (nets) due to nature, which did not bother us any further. The cottage is not quite as remote as the photos may believe - it is located in a holiday home settlement, which was also no problem at all, as it was still quiet and single. As described, there was mixed mobile reception, which I found positive, as it can simply switch off even better (in the truest sense of the word). All in all, a clear recommendation, and we will consider it on further trips.

Nice house in a quiet area. Everything what you need is close and we enjoy our stay. Günter is good host and we do not have any problem.

This was a great getaway. Bad Bentheim had a very Nice cultural history, a castle, mineral spa, Lots of nature and big outlet shopping centre nearby. The house is much larger then I expected, which is always great. The house is on private grounds, and very quiet. I would reccomend this vacation house for anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at Marion’s . It was just how it was described and was perfect for what we wanted.

Great cottage, nicely located, quiet, top amenities. We liked the many individual rooms. Everything is nicely and kindly furnished and equipped. You don't miss anything at Theresa's, you feel right at home. Extremely nice contact, everything is very clean. We'll be back.

Fantastic vacation home, very spacious and with more than enough luxury in a beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful host and hostess. Great!!

Amenities such as chairs, cutlery, etc. were even available for more than 6 people! And the landlord was even nice enough and provided us with another fridge from the neighboring house so we could cool neat drinks. Great stay, gladly again 😎👍

A cozy house with an impregnable garden and close to the Alfsee, we liked it. Franziska is uncomplicated and easily accessible. We are happy to recommend the place.

The house is located in a nice little and quiet holiday home area. Supermarket and restaurants are within 10 minutes. Ideal for a stay to relax and come down. Mike was a very enjoyable and good host, we had nothing to complain about.
