Holiday houses in Hörsne-Bara

Very old house full of history and grace, there is also a grand piano to play for the kids, the outdoor garden is green, the host also gave the kids free ice-cream and extended the check out time for us for free, making our last day in Visby very receptive, Bengt and his beautiful lady who are especially friendly, warm, and will definitely choose this beautiful villa if I come to Vesby again!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! It’s spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you'd need. The location is perfect—close to Visby and easily accessible to other parts of the island by car. Heidi was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and answered our many questions helpfully. The only challenge was the requirement to wash/dry bed linens and towels before leaving. Our group opted to bring our own bed linens which was not ideal since some of us were traveling internationally. Despite this, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this house!

Johan’s house is perfectly located just inside the walls at the eastern end of the town. It is a quick walk to good shops and restaurants and the beautiful coastal path with places to swim or enjoy the cafes. We came on the ferry and didn’t need a car but walked everywhere and also hired bikes (excellent value). If you feel you need a car you can park in the town car park but it’s a lovely walk along the outside of the walls. The house if very comfortable with lots of space inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The beautiful cathedral’s bell rings on the hour and half hour all night so bring earplugs if that will bother you. Johan’s communication was excellent. I highly recommend his house and lovely Visby.

We had a fantastic stay at Burs at Lena's house. The house is homely, well equipped and above all in lovely Gotland style. Quick and smooth conversation. Bistro Burs in walking distance delivered world class food. 5 out of 5!

Incredibly nice accommodation. Clean and nice, nice and harmonious decor. Lovely yard with several seating areas. Perfect for a family with children. Many bedrooms, everything that might be needed was available in the home. Quiet and safe area. The host couple responded very quickly and graciously. Recomend!

Cozy and bright accommodation with a nice terrace. Quiet surroundings. About 10 minutes walk down to the beach.

Spacious accommodation with large areas inside and outside. Suitable for larger families. Quiet and quiet in spite of being close to Ljugarns camping. The host couple are easy to talk to and live on the other side of the fence but it is about 70 meters away. The kitchen is well-equipped and works well. Bicycle is the best means of transport because Ljugarn is a little drawn out community along the sea. Would love to come back.
