Kay is a fantastic host, received a fab welcoming basket of freshly baked cookies, bread, jam and milk for that first cuppa. The apartment is fabulous everything you need is at hand ! Easy access, close to entertainment/movie centre for the kids. Lovely restaurants close by. Highly recommend this apartment 5*

We've just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Aimee's little gem of a place and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was clean, quirky and the boat access was a real treat! Thank you for your hospitality Aimee! You and your place were marvelous!

Stunning seaside location with direct access to shingle beach. A perfect place to stay any time of year.

The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication was smooth and check-in was a breeze. Cara helped out with some an extra request too.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was lovely and homely. Sue had toys and activities in the house and garden for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus and great for relaxing. There is a nice small park near by for the kids, and its only a short walk to lancing beach, train station and brooklands park and lake. Local cafes and pubs and shops in walking distance. Regular trains from lancing to Brighton for a day out. Overall we had a great week at Sue's with lots of opportunities for walks and days out. The cottage was a great place to relax for all the family.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped house with everything a family needs for time away. Very quiet location but less than 10 mins walk, via the lake, to local shops. Woking centre less than 10 mins away by car. All very convenient. Thank you for being an attentive host, Ray! Would definitely return.

Sadly we only stayed one night wish we could have stayed longer. The house was in a fabulous location and so beautiful inside, spotlessly clean and quality finishes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria's the flat. We stayed for an entire month, and it felt like home. The flat is very nicely decorated, cozy and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, from blender to can opener - for a long term stay it was really what we needed. The lounge is my favourite part, with big windows, a sofa bed, plants and TV. Bedroom has a large wardrobe and comfy bed. The bathroom is a good size and the water pressure is excellent. The building is also very clean, loads of friendly neighbours. The location is great, very close to Chertsey station (like literally on the same road) which makes it very easy to go to London. 5 min walk from Aldi, 2 minutes from a gym, some restaurants by the doorstep. There's also a nice pub with a lovely garden - I think it's called the Crown - just under 10 minutes walk. Victoria was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back!

The instructions passed on helped to access the property. The property had everything required for our stay. Parking was good and seemed very safe to leave a vehicle parked overnight. Would recommend and will use again if working in this area again.

We had a great time at Randall’s place. It was in a nice, safe, and quiet area. Close to the district line (15 minute walk) and Wimbledon tennis garden (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was easily walkable. The place was cleaned well and we felt right at home. It is on the second floor and the building has a convenient elevator. As for Randall, he was very kind. Good suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants. He was also flexible with check in which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay at Randall’s place again.

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

You found us a beautiful place, it was ready for us so quickly and was even more lovely than our original booking. The owner was very friendly, also. It is such a beautiful home, with an outdoor space, a big bed in the main bedroom, beautifully furnished and quiet! This was such a beautiful comfortable place to stay, just like home from home. We have stayed in a few air b &b s and this was by far the best. Arthur and his wife were so accommodating and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Beautiful comfy bed which was very much needed, everything amenity you could think of was there. Thankyou for letting us stay Arthur it was lovely.

This is a great self catering cottage - best we have stayed in. Clean and tidy throughout. Stunning location for us; near to coast and country. Visitors need to be aware that the staircase is fairly steep so might not suit young children or older adults, and that the upstairs bathroom would not suit four adults sharing. We had a super time with clear instructions as to how to use the appliances, hot water on tap, and fantastic heating (essential in the winter months). We will be back if they will have us!!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

The most beautiful Airbnb ever. Would definitely recommend. Cozy and felt at home. Host was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We took walks at the Thames River in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely come again if given another chance.

Beautiful, calm Middle Barn. Comfortable, fabulous log fire with extra heaters, so lovely and warm. Thank you for the generous welcome pack, we loved staying here and will definitely book to stay again.

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

Just returned from a lovely stay in this barn. Beautiful location despite all the rain and wind, still managed to get out and see some local places. Very comfortable accommodation, immaculately clean and a great host, would highly recommend if visiting this area
