Holiday rentals with a patio in Hopewell

We loved the area and the space matched the pictures. I liked how the hosts provided some small games like a deck of cards and movies. The apartment is on the third floor which is something to keep in mind.

Really nice place! Taryn's place is very clean and comfortable. Everything looks just like the pictures. I love the open concept of the main floor. It is located in a nice area with spectacular views of the city from the rooftop. The entire place including the roof top has very nice and comfortable furniture. The roof top has games, a firepit and again that view of the city. Highly recommend staying here!

We reserved the apartment about 5 pm for that night and we received a response and were inside in an hour. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures and is very well furnished. The neighborhood is wonderful with great coffee shops within easy walking distance. Great sidewalks and very safe for walking dogs. We were able to park on the street within a block of the apartment. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms and one door doesn’t close completely but wasn’t a problem for us. We’ve stayed at one of Trey and Emilys’ places before and will happily stay again when needed.

My husband and I stayed at Andrea's place while visiting family in the area for the holiday. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and the place was spotless! It was easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I've stayed in which made the stay even more enjoyable. The shower was amazing with plenty of hot water, great water pressure, and delicious smelling body wash. The towels were fluffy, clean, and smelled nice. The bed was comfy and the sheets were super soft. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and close enough to the highway to be a quick drive to wherever we were going. The home was easy to find and it was nice to have a designated parking spot. I would highly recommend booking Andrea's place if you're staying in the Mechanicsville or Richmond area!

Our stay at Jason’s place was very pleasant, clean, and in a great location for what we needed. The host and team were very friendly, quick to reply, and accommodating.

The three of us had a very comfortable stay at Alyssa’a property. Each room was spacious and attractively and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need.Great shower, convenient washer & dryer, easy walking to restaurants, great museums nearby we look forward to returning !

We had a great stay! Super comfortable, open, and light place. It was perfect for working remotely with our kitty. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

Our family decided to spend Christmas at this beautiful home. It was perfect. The space was just what we needed, everyone had their own space, and we didn’t have any major issues. Couldn’t have asked for more. With our kids being in the area, we will definitely be utilizing it again. Thank you for being such a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosts went above and beyond by providing a dog bowl and food for our pup, as well as a pack and play for our baby, which made traveling so much easier. The off-street parking was super convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a few blocks from Cary Street with tons of great restaurants and shops. We also loved having cute parks and a lake nearby, perfect for morning walks. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and we really appreciated the little touches like coffee, bottled water, and plenty of clean towels. The only suggestion I have is adding a handrail on the stairs for a bit more stability. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we’d definitely stay again!

Very nice home close to downtown Richmond and University of Richmond. Perfect for our weekend stay in Richmond to participate in the Richmond marathon. Very glad we found this house - it will be our go to place to stay when we visit the area. House felt very comfortable, was well maintained, and beds were very comfortable. Claude was a very informative and responsive host. We would recommend without hesitation.

Shekinah’s place is very nice inside and is great size for 3-5 people. The place is very close to Richmond downtown. Shekinah is great in communicating throughout the stay.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

This was a perfect fit for us. Having a fenced-in courtyard right out our door for our dogs was ideal. The area was very walkable & we had no problems with street parking. The unit was spacious & clean. We were very appreciative of the amenities provided. There was footstep noise from the upstairs but it was during waking hours, so not an issue with us. As a personal preference-the bed might be comfortable for 1 person (very soft memory foam) but didn't provide enough support for 2 people. Tim responded immediately to our inquiries. If we're roadtripping through Richmond with our dogs, I would stay here again.

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Eugene was able to accommodate a last minute booking for us, and he had the property cleaned and ready for check-in within hours. He was so helpful and responsive! His property is also beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. We truly wish we could have spent more time here! Highly recommend booking this property for your time in Richmond!

Great location and easy access to capitol and restaurants. Well-equipped apartment and very spacious. Parking included was a nice addition. Looking forward to staying again.
