Apartment holiday rentals in Hooksett

I stayed there for a week and it had everything I needed and more. The location was just a 0.5 to 1 mile walk from some of the finest attractions in downtown Portsmouth (where parking can be a challenge and/or expensive). The bedroom was extremely comfortable and cozy with a tremendous mattress, high-quality linens, and comforter. The living room had a nice TV and comfy leather couches and the whole apartment was adorned with classy and framed artwork which I quite liked. The kitchen wasn't fancy, but the oven worked well and the fridge was in "like new" condition. The cabinets were well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies, and all of the amenities that one would need. The on-site laundry was a plus and the outside of the house was kept up well. As good as the place was, the host was tremendously pro-active, kind, professional, and attentive. This is an easy and enthusiastic thumbs up recommendation.

Victoria was an excellent host! The private space was comfortable and amenities provided for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I felt right at home and was able to sleep with the windows open on the first night of my week long vacation. Portland, ME is less than an hour's drive on the Maine Turnpike with reasonable tolls ($1 cash only! Staying in ME/NH don't let the car rental coerce you to buy the toll pass ). I liked following US Hwy. 1 for a scenic adventure. The location is a short 25-35 minutes to York and Cape Neddick, Long Sands and Ogunquit beaches. Ogunquit, as Victoria suggested, has lots of quaint local eateries and shopping venues. The area is very walkable! For leaf peepers the area is drivable to Massachusetts, Vermont, Northern and Southern New Hampshire, Northern and Southern Maine. Be aware of many restaurants and local attractions are closed seasonally, but there much to explore and see in this pristine New England paradise! I look forward to a return visit soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place. Felt very homey and was just what we needed to get some sleep before skiing. Very close to Pats Peak so great location as well! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Henniker.

I have previously stayed at this location in a different suite. The architecture of the building is amazing and the rental company does a great job at being proactive, thoughtfully curating the spaces, and keeping everything very clean. Good value for nightly rate.

This place is a clean, silent and well equipped. The landlord is responsive and accessible anytime.

Clean and quiet space with responsive and accommodating hosts! The radiator heating system was a little noisy, but they had also provided electric heaters, which heated the space very well and took some of the pressure off the radiator on very cold nights. Easy driving to restaurants, grocery, and the highway. Great to have the video walkthrough sent to us ahead of time, so we could easily find the location and parking. We would stay again!

Lovely spot in a peaceful area, you are about an hour from Portland proper but it’s a beautiful drive. This place has everything you need.

We had an incredible stay at Domingo's place for two weeks after moving from Georgia. The house is absolutely beautiful, super comfortable, and impeccably clean. It truly felt like home. Domingo was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the highlights was a beautiful snow day, and Domingo went out of his way to help clear the snow from the pathway, which we really appreciated. He also saved us from a potential issue with one of our vehicles. I had forgotten to put the updated plate on the car parked on the street, and it was almost towed by a truck and police. Domingo noticed the situation and reached out to us immediately, preventing the towing and saving us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended!

We always enjoy staying with Patty! She’s a great host and her spots are always clean and have everything you need. This specific spot is the perfect walking distance to downtown.

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

Thank you for hosting our family over the holidays! We enjoyed the cozy, spacious space, and it worked well for our family. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean, and the view was lovely.

Spent the day at the Ice Castles and got to spend the night at Jude and James’ peaceful Airbnb. Great to come into a pristine and heated space. Got to relax in the hot tub with a view of Lake Winnipesaukee and look straight up to have a great view of the stars.

Had a lovely stay at Evan and Rachel's place. I was in town for work and it was a perfect fit. I happened to get in late after stores had closed for the evening, but they had coffee, creamer, and oatmeal stocked for guests. This was an absolute life saver and enabled me to continue with my day without skipping a beat. GREAT PLACE!
