Holiday rentals with beach access in Hoogezand-Sappemeer

We really enjoyed our experience at this studio during the holiday season! Jan made us feel at home and provided us with everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Glamping was the first time for us. Was a little smaller than on pictures but was cozy. Coffee maker is with taps, there is not a toaster. The toilets and showers are outside. These are very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful weekend spent in Rysum and surroundings. The place was great, everything as advertised 👍

Martha was a wonderful host. Thw breakfast was the best we had in all of our Airbnbs across Europe. It was also great to explore the dutch countryside and get out of thd big cities.

Very cozy house with everything you need. Also super suitable for small children. Very good location and you are quickly with the available bikes on the lake. Jacdirk is very friendly with communication and quick to respond to any questions. All in all highly recommended.

A beautiful, cozy cottage which is really back in time 😁 In the attic a little cramped under the sloping roof, but fine to sleep for your child(ren) The bedstee is also spacious enough to sleep. (for us it was a bit stuffy hot, but the outside temperatures were also tropical) The unfortunate thing is that no window can open in the living room. Furthermore, it had a super nice stay 😀

We felt very comfortable here! The apartment in the old farmhouse is very charming and spacious. We were there with six adults and one child and explored the area with the bikes. Jetty is a great hostess and was always available and helped us quickly, e.g. with tips for excursions and when two wheels had a plate. It was also great to sit in front of the fireplace in the living room in the evening, collecting apples and pears in the garden and driving with Jetty's father-in-law on the tractor! At first we were not so happy with the surroundings - the house is right on a wind bike park and towards Delfzijl is a lot of industry - but there are still many beautiful corners to explore and the house is just a dream! 😊

If you would like to take a quiet holiday with a fenced garden with a dog, this Airbnb is really top for you! The garden is very beautiful and for summer there would be many ways to use it. Karina was a great host and immediately on hand if we needed anything or had questions. One or two small things "bothered us", but after a message to Karina, this was also clarified directly again! Really very quiet area, but still everything you need can be reached by car. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to see you again soon! Sincerely, Sophie, Burak and Funny 🐶

What a wonderful week we had with a total of 6 adults and two dogs. A super cozy and lovingly furnished cottage, enough space for everything and everyone, everything equally comfortable. A special place, the fabulous weather also cooperated, but even in less good weather this would have been wonderful and cozy. Lots to do, both in Moddergat itself and in the area, and then you don't have to drive far - both Dokkum and the Lauwersmeer area are great. Tip: go sailing with the men of the ZK9 (leave from Lauwersoog). And what a paradise for the dogs and for birdwatchers!! We'd love to come back. Thank you Gwen and Marieke that we were also allowed to be guests in your uniquely beautiful cottage!

Beautiful house, in beautiful surroundings. Now in the fall you can take a very quiet walk, enjoy the tranquility and the house has all the comforts.

Lovely cottage! We were with our daughter of almost 1 and the dog. From the cottage you walk straight into the woods. Perfect for relaxing
