Attractive holiday home with 4 bedrooms. With private garden, veranda, garden fireplace, bbq and hammock. At our small-scale park Kleilutte, we rent out 12 holiday homes and there are many play opportunities for the kids; playground, go-karts, trampolines, ponies, playhouse with, among other things, pannakooi, trampoline, table tennis, etc. Super nice environment with swimming pools in the area, etc. Due to the family character of our park, groups of young people and employees are not allowed.

Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Rustige ligging, zeer privé gelegen zonnige tuin, waar je met max. vier personen en hond(en) kunt genieten van de Lunterse bossen. Op 25 meter loop je zo door het hekje het bos in. Hier is ook het Lunterse Bosbad. Boven vind je twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met wastafel en toilet . Beneden de huiskamer, keuken en badkamer met bad en douche en berging. De bedden staan opgemaakt klaar. Bed - en keukenlinnen inclusief.

We maken grondig schoon ; het huisje biedt rust en veel (buiten)ruimte waardoor u veel privacy heeft. Het is geschikt voor een hond, een kind en is ook geschikt om rustig te kunnen werken.

Our house comes with a lot of extras, including towels & freshly prepared beds. From the park you walk into nature on all sides; forest, heath, sand drifts. There are also several mountain bike MTB routes. Diagonally behind the house is the Uilenbos restaurant, with a large outdoor playground, indoor playground and petting zoo.
