The spacious, cozy cottage had everything we needed. Beautiful garden, lovely terrace. The location is great, you can be at the beach within 2 minutes. The ocean invites you to swim. Vejby is a good starting point for exploring the region, such as Copenhagen, Helsingør, Heather Hill and Nakkehoved lighthouse. Communication with Malthe went well, he's distinctly, responds quickly, and thinks along.

The cottage and garden are fantastic, we immediately felt comfortable and at home. Pia and Flemming welcomed us warmly, the fridge was filled with homemade jam, typical Danish black bread and drinks, among other things. They were very helpful and always responsive, the two dogs as well as the trampoline and swings sweetened our 3 year old son's stay. Walking in about 10 minutes you are on the beach, on the way, there is a small supermarket and on the promenade are three small restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The surroundings and nature were magical in the snow. Highly recommended if you are looking for a house to feel at home and enjoy a tasteful decor!

We stayed at this beautiful summerhouse for three days and had a blast! It looked exactly like the pictures, had a super cosy wooden oven inside, and the sauna and jacuzzi outside the house were simply amazing! Joel was super friendly from the very beginning, and super helpful with instructions. I cannot recommend this place enough for a quiet stay, outside of the city noise. 😊

Lovely place, nice and quiet, perfect garden so big, great places to sit next to the fire, great sauna. We felt so relaxed!

I should stress that there was nothing wrong with the neighbourhood - just not as near to the centre as I would have liked, but a more central place was not available. Identifying the access door wasn't obvious, but it was because the explanatory photos on the profile page needed to be scrolled to the end! More an issue with the site presentation, than the host. Overall, a lovely place to stay - thoroughly recommended!!

Our family with 3 children have had some cozy and relaxed days at the cottage. Clear recommendation from here for a family trip because the house is clean, well appointed and comfortable. There is a lovely garden where you can jump in the trampoline, play ball games or relax on the terrace. The house is within walking distance to Dronningmølles landmarks beach and Tegner Parken. Lena and Michael are welcoming and proactive hosts who made our check-in and check-out easy. We'd love to come back another time

Pernille's warm and inviting presence makes you feel right at home. She made sure that my friend and I had everything we needed and more from the first day of the trip to our sadly departed (did not want to leave Denmark, such a magical place). Her home is settled in a quiet neighborhood and extremely close to local restaurants and walkable to parks and the water nearby. Along with the metro which was about a ten-minute walk. Pernille's home was gorgeous she has curated a home that not only feels lived in but chic! I will be back in Denmark as I have fallen in love with the culture and space, but I will stay with Pernille again upon my return. Tak! Ib’s place is a perfect location is explore Copenhagen from. Close to the airport and close to many public transport options. His place is also spacious and clean and is very welcoming. I recommend staying at Ib’s place if you’re coming to Copenhagen.

We stayed as a family for a two night road-trip stopover in Copenhagen. This location was great for us. Parking was easy and free and very close to the city center. Kristine’s place was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. 👍

Engelina and Mads were great hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable (extra bits and pieces for our 13 month old, selection of wine and beer left for us, high end coffee machine, always on hand to answer questions). You can’t go wrong with this place — very well appointed, great location, comfy bed. What more could you want in a rental?

We had a lovely stay at Inge’s lovely summerhouse. It is super charming, well equipped and fully aligned to the listing. Inger was always very responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home. Can strongly recommend for kids families as well with the nice garden, toys and little playground outside

We stayed 3 adults at Marlene’s place for a family event and we had such a great experience. The house is quite spacious and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some. Super nice place in the middle of a national park. Great place to get away from the city a bit and enjoy nature. In addition, Kirsten was a really good host, proactive and friendly.

A very well equipped, cozy and clean summer house in a quiet location. Our dog loved the large, fully fenced garden and went exploring daily. Beach and forest are within walking distance. As well as a bakery, restaurants and an ice cream shop, which were also open in mid-September. The house is not least a great base for exploring North Zealand. Whether Frederiksborg Castle, the Rugolph Tegner Statue Park, Gilleleje or Hundested - everything can be reached in about half an hour's drive. I want to highlight Pernille as a host, who went above and beyond.

We felt right at home, lovely place with very calming surroundings. A little cold in these winter days, but we were prepared for that. In the end it is an old Danish Summerhouse that screams with lovely family vibes. Kitchen was very well equipped! Oh those amazing plates! We really enjoyed the Quooker tap as well. Overall great place to unwind from the busy life. We’ll hopefully be coming back!

Very quiet and yet relatively close to Copenhagen and Roskilde. This made it possible to take advantage of cultural offerings. Nature right outside the front door. Mikael's cabin was warm despite the winter temperatures. Bathroom with underfloor heating, the living room with fireplace and electrically heated. Beautiful garden. Use was of course limited in winter, but certainly a plus in summer.
