Great location by the North Sea

This gorgeous, streetproof house is sheltered behind the dune just off the North Sea and has wonderful views of the river valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is great whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit concentrated with some work. You can always find shelter just around the house, where the sun is from the time it rises until the evening falls. You can go down for a swim in just a few minutes.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to Lemvig's nice harbor area, where you will find restaurants and cozy atmosphere The house has the finest little courtyard with cozy nooks and wildflowers. Relax in this little house with a view to Nissum Fjord, which is 200 meters away and offers amazing bird life and a small beach. The house is a lovely little time warp, where the original '70s vibe is preserved. There is a small, bright bedroom and a cozy chamber with a bunk bed. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating and a cozy kitchen-living room. The grounds are fenced and dogs are welcome. A 25-minute drive to the west is the North Sea with miles of deserted sandy beaches.
