Hey there! Kyle was an amazing host and the place was great. All the check in details were clear. The place itself was clean and had everything that you needed- from appliances to various equipment! As someone who is visiting the area, this place had everything that I needed and I enjoyed my time there as well!

I did a last minute same day booking as I was traveling from Tampa to Miami. So I did have some issues at check-in because the hotel didn’t have the reservation number. MAK REALTY GROUP was very responsive to helping me get things resolved. Other than that my stay at the condo was great! Has an amazing view, great staff, right on the beach with so many great food options. The place was super clean. I will be staying here again. 10/10 recommend

Amazing …..I visit LBTS often. I will most definitely be back to Doug and Gloria’s Airbnb. They were very easy to work with. Also very generous with check in and check out which I’m very grateful for. Clear instruction in how to get in to the unit, then had a guide book on the coffee table once inside. What a great idea. The pool was pristine. Loved the outdoor speaker system. You have thought of everything. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had great time staying here! It was at a central location, everything was 10 to 15 mins driving distance which was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, so it was peaceful! The place was clean and tidy! For four of us, it was perfect! It was a pleasant stay :)

We celebrated our annual New Year’s getaway at Gregory’s place — and his home worked well for us. The four bedroom and four bathroom was set up was perfect for our group and we used the roll away beds as well. We spent the days beside the pool when not at the beach and the place is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars along Wilton Drive — perfect for ringing in the New Year. Would highly recommend for anyone whi wants a home where guests can spread out and have a little privacy while also having a nice backyard to gather.

Phil was extremely responsive and helpful. His house was awesome in everything especially the beds and linen! To me it was very convenient that he has a smart lock, physical keys in a lockbox, and many towels.

Tropical Oasis was spot on! Just as described and a wonderful ending to our Jamaica Vacation. We had issues with the TV and Romy was responsive and walked me through it. I would definitely recommend this place!

we rented the king suite #7. it had it's own private outdoor patio with a hot tub. it was really nice. the interior is just like the pictures and the bed was super comfy. the outdoor area is really as cute as the pictures. it seemed we had the whole place to ourselves. if you satellite it, the giant building surrounding it seems to be a parking garage. we never felt like people could see us. The hosts were easy to reach, not that we needed them, everything was layed out in the welcome book. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Host was very responsive and made the instructions clear upon arrival. Waking up with the balcony view every morning was amazing.

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B

Great location and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Apartment was very quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a meal service delivery and package pick up was very easy.

Great place for a weekend. The apartment is very tastefully set up, has everything you may need. The pool and the beach are very nice too. Rosanna was super accommodating as to our later check in. Really recommend!
