Luksus villa 200 meters from beaches.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has a sea view. There are terraces and balconies, so you can get some sun in the morning and evening. The villa has outdoor shelters, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with constant temperature of minimum 35 degrees. The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa blah. 3 bedrooms, two toilets with blah. Bathtub. The villa is also close to the city centre and harbour. A car can be rented.

Cozy summerhouse with great surroundings

The house appears bright and inviting, and is furnished with comfortable furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove. From the living room there is an exit to a nice south and west facing terrace with the possibility of having lovely barbecue evenings, as well as there is a terrace that is open to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and morning coffee. The area is one of the cozy places in Denmark with good child-friendly beach, good common area, jetty. close to cozy beach town where there is everything for daytime.

Completely renovated house near Lønstrup, close to Skallerup Klit Holiday Center, of 105m2 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. From the living room there is a great view of nature. The house is furnished with comfortable and cozy furniture and Alcove with plenty of opportunity for relaxation. The house is secluded and private. Lovely spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood and with charger so the electric car can be recharged and there can be parked at the address, there are 4 good sleepingplaces, with dishwasher. Coffee maker. oven and stove and fridge. Toilet with shower. Bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa that can be made into a double bed. Small terrace. 5 min walk to town and beach Bikes can be rented at the train station, Skagen is a lovely place to bike. From Ryttervej 33 it is 3 km to Grenen It's very quiet here.

Lækker lys lejlighed i naturskønne omgivelser, med god plads - i hjertet af Sæby. Bo med åen som nærmeste nabo. Kun 7 minutters gang til børnevenlig badestrand og Sæbys hyggelige havneområde.
