This rooftop is the think I like here the most. Perfect roof top, I'd say:) Cleanijg wasn't good in my opinion as well as wifi (veeery slow and ping is very big). Wverything else was good. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Quiet and directly next to the beach and some restaurants within 5min walking distance. I can only recommend this place, as it has a very good price value ratio. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

Silent Great Place - will Book again

Everything was around the accommodation, so it was very comfortable. The accommodation was also clean and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage is possible, and the barbecue party on the rooftop was an unforgettable memory. The refrigerator, sink, speaker, jacuzzi, etc. on the rooftop were very good.

Mr. Rain had a very spacious, clean, and comfy place. He was an accommodating host who met us at check in, helped guide us through the house, and made it very easy to stay here. Highly recommend his stay!

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Beautiful home. We had a great stay here. Convenient location with many walkable options. Our hosts, Brian, was very friendly and responsive.

Could not fault this beautiful villa. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. We could walk to beaches, restaurants and spas and it was only a quick trip into the heart of Hoian. Communication was above and beyond. We were even provided info on local attractions and must go to restaurants. Would not hesitate in returning. One of our favourite places we have stayed in Vietnam.

We loved our stay here! The accommodation was beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice and the place was spotless. The hosts really looked after us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast from Lau which was delicious. The area is great for exploring A Bang beach (plenty of beach restaurants with beach beds, good food and showers nearby) and only 10 min taxi to Hoi An old town. We loved it and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

I was here last October, but it was invariably clean and the host was friendly. The guards are blunt, but the swimming pool is clean and there is a Han Market nearby, so it is very good to walk around.

The apartment was great with a beautiful view. Even though we checked in at midnight, check-in was very easy. What makes us most satisfied is a soft bed and a clean, quiet apartment. Waking up with the sea and Son Tra mountain infront of your eyes is an extremely wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

Really liked it. Nice and quiet while in a very happening location. Connected to the Marriot hotel made for a quick walk for coffee or drinks at the rooftop pool and bar.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.
