Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, own small farm and parking, rural located in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 m from the lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the bathing area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 kmv. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski tracks outside the door. The cabin is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Welcome to the large retro house with room for the large seal cabinet. There is plenty of space for two families, scooter / fishing / canoeing. The house is located in the community of Råneå, the village where the river meets the sea. 20 meters from the house you are out on Råneträsket, 250 meters to the snowmobile trail Malmens Väg that passes the pool circle and further all the way to Gällivare. Large garage drive with place for two cars with trailers. 11 beds and large and spacious sauna to warm up in after day trips.

Adorable guest house by the sea

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Nygårds Ecoliving

Genuine rural setting, with Carl Larsson style on the property( he was a style icon 100 years ago) cozy bunk bed with stairs at the foot end. Small front room for the bedroom with tables, chairs and there is a newly built shower and a toilet. Hot plate, fridge, microwave and water-boiler. Note: No smoking is allowed inside, nor is it allowed to bring pets of any kind. I can also offer accommodation at Nygårds Ecoliving's 18th century timber ring (Härbre) and Nygårds Ecoliving Glampingtent on my farm.
