Loved this place, great communual living area with nice balcony and great views. Excellent location. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and train station. Lovely walks on the doorstep around the bay. Would definitely use again. Nice welcome basket as well. Staff also friendly and helpful.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a short staycation while we had work done at our home. It was clean and well located. Reasonably priced and a bonus was the king and queen sized bed. Philip responded promptly to all my questions. I would recommend this property.

What a beautifully decorated apartment with a spectacular view! The apartment was absolutely spotless and lacked nothing and was the perfect location for the Avalon Airshow! Thanks for the marvellous staycation!

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Anchors Down on Nelson was a beautiful little apartment in a secure complex. It was comfortable with all the amenities you need. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and both the train and ferry. We would definitely recommend Ralph and Deb's place and look forward to staying there again ourselves.

Anna was very helpful with check in details and accomodating for an earlier time too. The house was beautiful with ample space and exceptionally clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area

Large unit with easy access to restaurants and bars. Only about 15mins to Melbourne. Unit was very clean and tidy with a great size kitchen and lounge room. Really enjoyed this place.

Great location in Williamstown. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and train. Highly recommended.
