Holiday houses in Hoboken

My family and I found this house largely by chance when we decided on a place to stay on vacation, and we were so thrilled with it that we booked our vacation here next year before we’d even checked out this time! The house and location were beautiful, and everyone (including our kids and VERY energetic German shepherd) had plenty of room and fun activities to do. Kat is a fantastic host! Before we’d even arrived, she sent us messages with recommendations for things to do in the area (which we checked out several during our time and all were well worth it!!). She also was very responsive to any questions we had - right down to a fabulous recommendation for a local massage to treat a muscle strain in my shoulder. She was an incredibly gracious and kind host. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - and already excited to come back next vacation to what feels like a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay here! It was a cozy space in a lovely area. The only downside is some timer on the TV which turned off when I was gaming online with friends at night. I enjoyed having a kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials. There were plenty of baskets with the basic supplies for what you’d need. It was in a good area with plenty of stuff around. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Thank you for hosting us. I've been doing a guys golf trip for 12 years now, this house was perfect, no one around so we could be loud and have fun. Misty was great, allowed us to check in real early so we could make our tee times.

Everything was as described. The home was spotless and you could tell the property was well taken care of. I think our favorite part of the stay had to be the duck's! They're a fun little wake up crew to walk out to in the mornings. My boys loved them. We enjoyed playing in the pool during the hot part of the day and in the evening we fished and played basketball. Hands down the best place we've stayed at over the past several years. The kids are already asking if we can go back and we just let. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us!

Highlight of the house was the yard for our dog - grassy & fenced which was awesome! House itself was well loved but comfortable. Beds may need new mattresses in the near future. Worked well for our 2 night stay.

it was a bit more than the other two I usually stay at when I'm in the area (they were booked) but I'm glad i found it. Close to the water made for nice evening breeze, fairly quiet neighborhood and very cozy and comfortable place.

Beautiful, peaceful and clean! Unfortunately, the biting gnats/no-see-ums arrived the day after we arrived. We couldn’t fish or enjoy the outdoors without getting bit - even with spray (and I’m allergic to them). Went to Amelia Island for better restaurant selection and a change in scenery. Visited Cumberland Island one day. Will stay again after the gnats are gone.

We stayed at Danielle’s for Brunswick Porchfest this year and it was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of room and Danielle made everything so easy, she was a great host!

Amelia Cottage II was just as cute as it appeared in pictures. The outdoor area was such a peaceful escape and inside we had plenty of room for our family of 5 to have our own spaces. Sandy always quickly responded to any questions I had prior to check-in and gave clear instructions for check out. The beds were firm and of good quality and the 2nd living room was a haven for relaxation away from the bustle of the main family room. Wonderful house, wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!
