Had a good stay at Kevin’s place, easy checkin, he was super helpful and even offered us early checkin, during our stay we had an issue with geyser, and he promptly responded and send someone to fix it immediately. Even though the area of location was great, everything was very accessible, the building was quite old with no lift so had to climb 5 floors. Overall great experience.

Great place to stay in Hanoi, easy to walk around. Alex is very kind and helpful, I highly recommend her place if you come to Hanoi ☺️

This apartment is in a beautiful building in a nice area. It felt secure and easy to access for our family. The apartment feels much smaller than the photos, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. If we were 4 or more adults, it would be tight. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Austin was our host and he was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple things that I would note - like much of Vietnam, there is a known ant problem in this unit. The couch is very firm so I’m not sure how comfortable it would be if you need to sleep on it. Overall the space worked for our family. I think the description may have you expecting more of the actual unit. It is a very cute Airbnb, but I wouldn’t say it is as nice as you’d expect from the listing. It was easy to get a grab everywhere we wanted to go or walk.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

We really enjoyed our stay with S. Sens Homes and Trần Vân Anh. The host provided very helpful instructions for checking in and was great at communicating. The apartment was comfortable and pretty quiet compared to staying in Old Quarter. We thought the area was excellent and close to everything you need. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to see. There were snacks and giant water bottles included as well. We would recommend staying here.

What a fantastic place to stay! Chau was the perfect host and was prepared to do whatever necessary to make our stay a breeze. We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to get some quiet time. Apartment also has a washing machine which was great. Thanks again for a wonderful experience x

We had a great stay at Kevin’s place - the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi by foot, and Kevin was super responsive and very helpful (he booked us a taxi from the airport and arranged for us to leave our luggage nearby when we checked out early). Would really recommend this Airbnb as a base for staying in Hanoi ☺️

It's a good accommodation for the price. A family of five stayed for 4 days, and I slept comfortably. If you pay a little, they also clean up after you. (Towel change, duvet change) We recommend preparing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is quiet because it is a reasonable distance from the center of Hanoi.

The place is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the main attractions. The street is adjacent to a market where you can immerse yourself in local life. We were fortunate to visit during a Vietnam football match, and the vibrant street atmosphere could even be felt from the apartment. The washing and dryer machines are located on the first floor, making them very convenient for long stays.

Staying at lemon & lime elevated my experience in Hanoi. Cosy rustic home located conveniently to many places. Read the book for recommended food and places to visit 🫶🏻

Derrick is truly one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had! He was always attentive, and focused on ensuring I had a wonderful stay but also made sure I felt at home. I booked his placed because I was in Vietnam working for 2 months, and his Airbnb was a 5 minute walk to my work place. Whenever something came up, Derrick was always quick to respond, helped me schedule rides, and even personally came to show me around the neighborhood (best spots to buy groceries, the gym, etc.). He truly made sure I got what I needed and acted like a big brother to me during my time in Vietnam. Because I was there during Tet, he also made sure I knew how things would be closed, bought groceries, etc. The bed & pillows were also comfy, there is hot water, a nice stove, fridge, washing machine, fast wifi, and he even as fans, a space heater, and the AC works great! You truly have everything you need when you stay with him, but if you end up needing something else, Derrick will help you figure it out!!

Aan's place was really great. It's situated right in the middle of the Old Quater and train street was a 1 min walk away. The apartment felt like a home away from home with a fully equipped kitchenette and the balcony was a great place to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by. The washing machine was a blessing as I was able to do laundry over the 5 days I was staying there. The self check in instructions were very precise and there's a great Bun Cha place run by elderly couple just at the entrance of the building apart from a lot of local restaurants around.

Nhung’s place was very nice and pleasant. I had an enjoyable stay there. The location is near hotspots in Hanoi and a short 10-15’ ride. I was a bit surprised to walk into the apartment’s main door to see 02 separate apartments inside one big apartment. Overall, would recommend if you like staying at a high rise and near the city center.

the apartment is very beautiful, very clean. interior is very good. kitchen is good. bathrooms and bathtub are clean. she helped us in booking cab as well in cheaper prices. overall experience was wonderful. highly recommendable

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.
