Fully furnished and recently built house. You have an entire floor for yourself, a studio with small kitchen, private shower room, and other facilities. The house is near bus stops, bookstore (Fahasa Xuan Thu), supermarket, restaurants, bars in Dist 1. This is also our home and we are normal Vietnamese people. Hẻm nhỏ 2m, cách hẻm chính khoảng 50m (ô tô dừng cách nhà 50m) chỉ có thể đi bộ hoặc sử dụng xe máy, hoặc grab bike để di chuyển đến tận cửa nhà. Xe máy đậu trong nhà, không có chỗ đậu xe hơi.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌
