It honestly might be perfect… Serene setting with simple yet thoughtfully done aesthetics inside and out. Pretty much every detail has been considered from linens to utensils to lighting to landscaping. Very comfortable with lots of touches that match the beach setting. Cherelle and Ross seemed like great people to boot. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

We had a great time at this place on our little family getaway. The property was exactly as described and bigger than the photos depicted. We played with the board games and enjoyed movies, and were pleasantly surprised with a free bottle of wine. The place was walking distance to the beach and only a short drive from Cowes, and an even shorter drive from the Penguin Parade. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

Kylie was always super quick to respond to messages and queries, often within an hour or so. She was very friendly over message, and was quite welcoming - making us feel confident this was a trustworthy and great place to spend the weekend. The house is in a FANTASTIC location, and was only a five minute walk from the local shopping centre and beach front. The house itself was well-cleaned and very spacious. The large backyard was a great addition, especially with the summer weather. Amenities all worked well and were in great condition. Can definitely see myself visiting again.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

We had a fantastic stay! The property was absolutely top-notch—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and clearly well cared for. Everything from the quality of the furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like a true home away from home. Check-in was seamless, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything super easy. It’s rare to find a place that looks even better in person than in the photos, but this one did. Would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, hassle-free experience!

Location, Location! Our family had a lovely visit at the Cottage in Rye. The Cottage is walking distance to Woolies, local shops, cafes, restaurants and Rye beach. The photos and description are accurate and our family enjoyed the space and our fur babies loved the safe and enclosed back yard. It has a quiet neighbourhood. The Peachy properties team were excellent communicators and extremely good to work with. Our family loved our stay! Highly recommend!

The property was private, cozy, and absolutely beautiful—with tons of natural light that made it feel so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect too: peaceful and secluded, but just a short drive to local shops and great restaurants. There were ponies, which added such a charming touch to the whole experience. My extended family had a perfect weekend at Tyrone Tides. Kristie was very responsive and helpful. The house is very functional for a large families, comprising a great sized open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Four good sized adult bedrooms, a kids bedroom and a dedicated games room, and to top it all off, it is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for another stay. Thanks Kristie!

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

The cottage is so well located for everything in the region. It was extremely comfortable for us and our dog. We have stayed in other ‘pet friendly’ places but this house and its host takes things to another level!! We had a the best mini break here and would absolutely book again.

Large property, extremely spacious. 4 very large bedrooms with lovely decor. Beach is within close proximity to the house which makes for a lovely walk/swim. The highlight was the homemade pizzas we made using the wood fired pizza oven in the backyard, which we enjoyed on the deck. Definitely recommend this property!

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.

Jodie's place was awesome. Clean, fresh, newly renovated, and with an amazing array of extra amenities and thoughtful touches. Beautiful Easter decorations, basic supplies (oil, herbs, etc) in the pantry, water in the fridge. Heaps of space for 6 adults and 2 babies, both inside and out. Heaters over the outdoor table; safe backyard. And then the games room!! So many balls, games, bats, toys. All this within an easy walk to the beach. And Jodie regularly checked that we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend this more highly.
