Holiday houses in Hiva Oa

We had a magical stay with Mathieu and France. What a lovely couple. The boat was wonderfully light and well ventilated. We greatly enjoyed our sailing trip. They were wonderful Guides showing us all the sites of Hiva Oa and Tahuata. We saw a huge number of dolphins, two turtles and swam with many Manta rays. We also saw wonderful fish with our snorkels. The food was excellent, and some fish had been caught by our hosts. Our visit visit was too short ,and one of the highlights of our six weeks in French Polynesia. Thank you, France and Mathieu.

Marilyn’s place is great! It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view! We could walk to the grocery store, the Moehau restaurant, the cemetery, and all around the town. Marilyn was extremely helpful, she had excellent recommendations and was responsive when we needed her once we were there. We also appreciated being able to do our laundry. If we are ever back in Hiva Oa we would definitely stay here again! (Note: Marilyn doesn’t speak English! We did fine though I wouldn’t let that stop English speakers from staying there!)

Hermine very present and concerned about hospitality. It offers interesting outings and facilitates the smooth running of the stay.

Everything was perfect! From arrival to departure through the beautiful view from the terrace! Very functional, not easy to park but possibility to leave the car at the top of the climb so no problem. Maylee welcomed us with great sympathy and real professionalism , always responsive and attentive as well as the owner. We had a great time in Avignon Thank you!!!!

Great stay in hiva Oa! The house is superb, the view is breathtaking, the people of the village adorable and Bruno very responsive and accommodating!

Hermine is a very welcoming and responsive host to any questions. she gave me very good advice and helped me book excursions and a rental car. the accommodation was spacious and tidy. the bed is large and comfortable. if I wanted to improve the place, I would add a small outdoor area with a chair and a small table. I would replace the old frying pans with new ones. i would definitely stay. 😊🌸🌸

Just great! We loved being able to get around and stay where we wanted. The car is easy to drive and it doesn't consume much. It's nice to sleep in the tent, rather spacious in contrast to what we imagined. Comfortable mattress. Everything you need to cook. There are toilets and showers in almost all beaches. Too nice! We'll be happy to try the experience again! Big plus for Hanaiapa ❤️
