This apartment is close to downtown, only around 0.7 miles from the Hyatt regency and a nice walk. The apartment is within a fairly large residential apartment area close to downtown. It worked extremely well for my needs. Chris is extremely responsive and proactive, and willing to help visitors and be flexible when needed. I was there for a scientific conference and it worked extremely well for me.

Very beautiful house inside and out. It was close to the hospital. Very convenient for since my mom was in the hospital. Felt just like home. Cody was very friendly and responsive when needed.

Even after checkout my daughter has car issues and she sent someone to help with her car and let us stay until we resolved all issues. very kind, understanding, and generous.

Thank you to Mikey and all the co-hosts. This was one of the most hospitable places I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with parks and a bike trail at walking distance. Mikey was a great host, very responsive and hands on. 10/10 would recommend booking with him. The house itself was beautiful inside. Everything was clean and in working order my whole stay. Would definitely book again.

We came a day prior to our cruise and stayed at Maria’s place. We have stayed here before and sought her home out for a second time. It is spacious, comfy, fully functional for 2 couples and we had a wonderful stay. We had our own little Super Bowl party and enjoyed seeing the decorated Mardi Gras homes around the neighborhood.

Good communication after the booking. Very clear instructions given for check-in and check-out procedures. Found the hosts to be very responsive. Property was very clean and uncluttered. Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing Stay at Cozy Conch! We had an incredible time at the Cozy Conch in Galveston, Texas. Our host, Walter, was outstanding—super hospitable, incredibly communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was just perfect, with private beach access that made our stay truly special. The pool and hot tubs were an absolute delight, offering the perfect relaxation spots after a day at the beach. The Airbnb itself was equipped with everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend Cozy Conch for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch hospitality! I want to thank Lauren for allowing us to enjoy her beautiful, peaceful immaculate cabana rental at Maravilla. Prime location on the un crowded end of the sea wall. Beautiful walks along the ocean. The unit was beyond immaculate. Had everything needed to make a perfect pre Christmas holiday getaway before dealing with a busy holiday schedule. We liked the parking situation being covered and the elevator was very helpful being on the 3rd floor. First timers to Galveston so we explored a lot. This condo is at the western end of things in Galveston. We went during the first weekend of Mardi Gras unintentionally and it worked out fine, not many crowds.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! She was so quick to respond with any questions. Check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, not to mention the perfect view! I love it and would come back. Such a comfortable and cozy spot. And again, THE VIEW!
