convenient to center of St Augustine...Accommodations were excellent.....up to date...very clean...appreciated the parking pass to st Augustine parking garage

We really enjoyed our stay at Geni & Chris’s Airb and visiting St. Augustine.

The manager was very communicative with clear instructions. We have a large F350 and she offered an easy parking solution as St Augustine is a very old city with narrow streets and driveways. The kitchen was tiny, but we weren't there to cook so we didn't use it except to make coffee and tea. We were there to attend a baby shower but also to be able to see the holiday lights and bustle of historic St Augustine without having to drive. This apartment did not disappoint and we would definitely stay here again.

10/10 recommend this place! Walkable neighborhood, everything you need (toiletries, kitchen supplies) plus next door to Spinster for coffee, cocktails and the best food truck meals I have ever had (at Hot Box). Will be returning for sure from Colorado.

Can't say enough good things about this place! It was so cozy and homey. Clean and spacious. Close to the things you want to do in St Augustine. Very quiet and peaceful area. Would love to go back!

We enjoyed the space and deck. We particularly liked the location. It was an easy walk to the fort and downtown. Lots of good restaurants, coffee shops and places to grab a beer right next to the apartment. We would use this place again.

This listing was exactly as described. We were looking for somewhere quiet and private to stay for a quick 3 day trip to St. Augustine. The place was beautifully decorated, well kept, and included nice touches (printed recommendations, printed check-out instructions, coffee and water, etc.) that added value to the experience. Both the hosts were incredibly proactive in reaching out and providing precise instructions as to how to park and find the place. I'd love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to others. Beautiful experience.

I had a great time! Thank you for such ease to get in and out. This is a great and safe, especially if you travel solo. Everything is close by, walking. Do consider the weather and come prepared. I watched some good movies in the room while it rained and was happy it was available.

We were surprised at the great quality of all things pertaining to the home. Dwhat a great spacious split floor plan and the primary ensuite was great. Everything was new looking and in great condition.

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

We just stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed. I’d stay here again.

We had a great time at the cottage. Everything was within walking distance. Blake notified us that we could check in early, which was wonderful. My very tall cousin thoroughly enjoy the bathtub.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

My friends and I went on a girls trip to St. Augustine for a concert. Ashley’s house was very beautiful and easy to find! She is very responsive and proactive. The house was 7 minutes away from the main parking garage in historic downtown!

Sally's place was delightful. It is tastefully decorated and situated in a quiet area. Sally was extremely responsive to our inquiries and very pleasant in her communications.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at Heidi’s place! The property was beautiful, very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The instructions provided were thorough and helpful, making everything easy to navigate. Plus, it was only a 15-minute drive to downtown, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend – would definitely stay again!

We LOVED staying at Holly’s place! The heated pool and private beach access were wonderful. It was easy to find, squeaky clean, and perfect for my husband and our infant. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown, but quite away from the hustle and bustle. Would 10/10 stay again and recommend this place to friends!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Place was "as advertised" and fit our needs perfectly - short walk to heated pool, 10 minutes walk to beach with private access and short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Restaurancts across the street and Winn Dixie a mile down A1A. Host was also very responsive when a question arose.

Shayne was an awesome host to deal with. I highly recommend him and his condo.
