This beautiful apartment has always been my number one choice. It feels just like HOME!!

This was a great location and great apartment. We had a great time and Jesus was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the wifi and he fixed it immediately. Definitely recommend.

It is a good accommodation to enjoy and be in tranquility as it has one of the most beautiful beaches of terrain, the apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Simply everything was perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and very attentive ❤️

Jorge's apartment was great for our group, it was spacious, clean and as described. Portillo Residence is a great place to have a group getaway, it offers different amenities such as a pool and resturant. The beach is right there, it was peaceful and clean. Our family had a great time at Portillo and were able to enjoy the apartment. There was an issue with the freezer door before we got there and Jorge was very responsive and apologetic, and even had the fridge replaced during our stay - which did not bother us. The wifi was great, the AC system worked amazingly, the bathroom had no issues, the beds were comfortable. We had made a big grocery run and were able to use the kitchen to cook and host Christmas eve dinner. If there is one thing we did notice is that the kitchen did have a few basic things missing - such as scissors, and maybe some bigger pots and pans. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and with Jorge. Would definitely recommend!

Delighted from the whole place, the attentions and good treatment of Lenny and Flor who helped and oriented us in terms of the place. We would definitely book again. Restaurant prices in and close to the place are 10/10. The drinks are also a good price and are super accessible.

I had an excellent stay at Leopoldo's place. The apartment was exactly as pictured, with lovely aesthetics and a cozy, welcoming vibe. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore. The added bonus of private gated parking was a huge plus. Leopoldo was a great host; he was always responsive and quick to address any concerns. You could tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience and strives to resolve any issues. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We were allowed to spend 6 weeks in this very well-kept apartment 😊 We loved the personal welcome from Carmen and Juan, the numerous good leisure tips and the reliable communication throughout the holiday. As you can see in the pictures, there is nothing missing here. House, garden and pool with all-round service ! 6 weeks and yet too short😟 We booked again for the next "winter escape from Germany" and are already looking forward to seeing you again !!!! 😘😘 Thomas and Ute

this is actually my third stay at this home. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming. They ensured that I had everything I needed and providing quick assistance when required. Overall I had a safe and enjoyable stay. thanks to the Wonderful Staff. Charlemagne and Presume always made us feel like home. Luna is amazing and attentive.I will miss her cooking for sure lol. I appreciated the local recommendations Luna provided, which helped me explore the area safely and easily. Their friendliness and professionalism created a warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. With everything going on in the country right now the Staff provided me with peace of mind throughout my stay. I highly recommend this home for your next trip.

This place was perfect for our week vacation in CapCana. Located in a gated and secured neighbourhood a short drive to the beach, marina and any shopping you may want to do. The common area amazing pool and whirlpool and lounge area is beautiful and impeccably well kept. Apartment is modern, well furnished with quality elements and furniture. We will definitely be back. Fantino was a great host very attentive and quick to respond.

This is my third time at this peaceful, green, calm, beautiful place. Love love love the privacy and safety I get here. I always recommend to stay here because it has its own private beach, and it’s also near to the waterfalls el limón. It has a bodega at the entrance of the gated community, plus the local tips Julisa gave us. Tremendous host, thank you Julissa ♥️

Love the apartment . Close to everything not that much traffic like being at the center of Santiago . Is convenient . The apartment have everything you need a lot of kids play ground my daughter love it .
