Lovely Sørland house by the beach

Bring the whole family to this lovely Sørandshuset 1 min away from popular hay beach! The house is located right on the seaside with sun from morning to evening. The house and surrounding area is well arranged for families with children with lots of different facilities such as proximity to popular Høllestranda (1 min walking distance) and Åros holiday center (4 min by car) ,(15 min to walk). There are also nice hiking areas for both large and small. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms divided into 2 floors. The children's bedroom is not depicted due to exposure

Cozy Sørland house in Høllen close to the beach

Completely renovated and new extension in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Please do not smoke or party.

Central, cozy

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of the submission to Risør! Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee machine, two stewed patios with a view and charger for electric car. The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here. There are lots of toys for children in the house. 31min to Kristiansand Zoo 37min to Kristiansand City Centre 15min to Arendal 10min to Grimstad 10min to Storesand beach at Fevik

New spacious villa on Hisøy near Arendal.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Cosy home, 3 bedrooms, fast wifi

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.

Large, new single-family home with space for two families. Bathing area and playground nearby. Very central, 10 minutes to center, Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Calm and child-friendly area. Beds for 8, but mattresses can be brought. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and several terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Sunny terraces.
